We reserved a room in this place out of the opinions about it. I have to say that the opinions were right. Very nice place indeed. Very well located, good room size as well as the bathroom, very friendly service people, and a good service. We really enjoyed it and the price was convenient.

Great hotel to stay. Inside another building. Easy to find if you do your homework prior to arriving. Walking distance to everything. Lots of great sights and eateries. Walking distance to flix bus stop about 10 mins. Rooms are new, modern and very clean and large. Wifi worked well and great aircon as hot in June. Handy having the microwave and mini fridge, but would have been extra handy to have a jug instead of boiling water for coffee in microwave, but this is typical of Europe hotels usually no jugs. Would recommend and would stay again for sure. Nice staff as well.

I can't remember the last time I walked into a lodging and was so pleased--this is a lovely little B&B, charmingly decorated, spacious, immaculate, etc. I loved the big windows. I would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay--the kitchen looked nice (though I didn't use it), and it was great to have separate bedroom/living spaces. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe--there were three sets of locks between me and the street. That's not something I particularly worry about, but it did seem to be selling point here. It's also in a lovely, central location. I can only think of a couple of reasons why anyone wouldn't want to stay here: 1) If you really want a hotel with 24 hour staff (there isn't any here) 2) You are a very light sleeper: My room was a lovely corner suite overlooking two fairly busy streets. There was some street noise, although it didn't disturb me. 3) If you are truly mobility-impaired. While there is an elevator, there are several steps to get to it. None of these things were a problem for me, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.…

If there was a prize for for the best ergonomic and accurate design of the hotel, I would give it to this guesthouse. I can't imagine better way to combine essential things with small but necessary details in one room - from good and modern (really modern) furniture till kitchenette and shower stuff or even flowers. It was a real pleasure to be there, to communicate with helpful hosts and to be in a very good location. I didn't take breakfast so I can't say anything about it. But you can make it yourself with the help or microwave if you want. TV, WiFi is good, everything is of a highest quality. (If there is something to improve - it is to install TV program in other language than Italian, preferably BBC or CNN:). A big thanks for а good stay!
