We have stayed here a view of times after giving it 5 stars a couple of years ago. Just to say it's still a very good hotel, and this time of the year it's even cheaper. Do not miss the restaurant. The locals use it, what could be better recommendation. So an easy 5 stars again.

Very nice room, stayed in the villas. Large bathroom, be careful in shower can be slippery. The restuarant is fantastic. Stayed for one night on our way to Florence. Going back for a 12 night stay in a few days for business.

I had a two nights stay for an event nearby. The hotel is really easy to reach as it is just out the highway (Modena sud). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Unluckily there is really nothing around at walking distance. The room was nice and was not lacking anything. Breakfast has not been bad. Overall I found it an average experience with nothing to complain/to be enthusiastic for.

The room is decent for the money. The room is a bit on the dark side, and strangely they have lights under the desk and seats but not over them. It could use some better lighting. The bathroom is quite nice, no complaints, and the rooms are clean. The bed we had was too firm, but could be okay for some. The breakfast is great. It’s a standard Italian buffet, so there’s charcuterie, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, milk, and there is cereal, breads, and eggs available. There is also a fitness/spa area that has a sauna, hot tub, and work out equipment. I would definitely stay here again, although again, the beds are a little hard. It’s easy to find, reasonably priced, and food is decent.

Overnighting here on the way to Florence. Very comfortable, clean and silent hotel close to the highway. Enjoyed evening bar and also rich buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for overnighting. Good location close to Modena and Maranello.

Really nice rooms, with lovely bathrooms and very clean accommodation. Well stock breakfast with numerous continental options and good bar / cafe on site. One thing I would say is that for a business hotel they do not have iron/ironing facilities and you have to pay €5 for housekeeping to iron a shirt. This is very unusual in a hotel which caters to business travelers.

On a recent motorcycle trip to from Tuscany to Germany, I was about to run into a severe thunderstorm and decided to break up the journey in Modena. I saw the hotel just off the toll exit and decided to try it. Luckily they has a room available, and I rolled into the free-for-motorcycles indoor garage, just as the deluge started. There is a large, free outdoor parking lot as well. The room was comfortable enough - the bathroom was huge and seemed more up-to-date than the room itself. The restaurant served a very nice dinner with dishes typical of the region at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was very, very basic with many packaged Italian sweet cakes etc. If not included in the room price, skip breakfast at the hotel. The room was very clean and service was friendly throughout. Recommended for a brief stop-over.

Comfortable room with aircon, decent shower, good selection of toiletries in bathroom, handy location for visiting motorsport valley locations (e.g. Ferrari museums in Modena/Maranello, Lamborghini & Pagani factories) but not perfect. Large car park in which we were happy to leave our sports car (although there was also a garage as well). For those with a Tesla there are loads of charging bays behind the hotel building. Hotel restaurant was good for dinner - we ate there 2 nights out of 3. Simple but tasty local specialities e.g. a chicken breast with Parmesan cheese, ham & balsamic vinegar, tasty lamb chops served with potatoes, very generous starter of tagliatelle with Morel mushrooms, chocolate torte, risotto with asparagus and Taleggio cheese. We didn't try the tortellini in brodo but the spinach & ricotta tortellini were good. You definitely need a car if you're staying here - it's a really handy location just off the main Milan-Ancona motorway. As the hotel is on a main road, even if there are a couple of other restaurants less than 1 km away, you won't want to walk there as there is no pavement and the trucks whizz past. Taxi to Modena is around 25-30 Euros each way. Breakfast was a let down - awful coffee from the machine in the breakfast room (bad even by the very low standards of Italian hotel breakfasts), very slow toaster, and the staff couldn't keep up with demand - the 3 nights we stayed, I had to ask for cereal bowls, spoons, bread for the toaster as they'd run out.

We stopped here for 1 night on our eay back home to Switzerland. The hotel is close to the highway exit and nearby are some restaurants. Checkin and checkout was very friendly and fast. The hotel itself was modern and the rooms in great condition. Breakfast was good as well.
