The Terrace is part of the hotel and I think will be open or they would have nowhere to serve breakfast. Although it is called the Terrace, it is more a garden room, an area room that has been built on to the hotel on an area which would have been a garden.
The hotel is lovely and so convenient to everything. Enjoy your stay.
