We made our first trip to Rome and with the very helpful recommandations, we didn't need to grap any information of tourist information and could enjoy the short time we had. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the nice Resort even longer!

Dear anjas854, Thank you for leaving a review for us. I am very glad to hear that you enjoyed your first time in Rome also thanks to our recommendations: we like to help our guests in any way that we can, by giving information and suggestions that can be precious to navigate our beautiful city. This place was great. It felt like a really nice bed and breakfast with plenty of room (we had a 2BR apartment with a well stocked kitchen and nice modern bathroom) for our entire family (my wife, me, and our two kids). There's also a beautifully landscaped garden area with a koi pond and outdoor furniture. Think of it like...

Dear Tom L, What can we say? We couldn’t be happier to know that you were so satisfied with our establishment! You described Appia Antica Resort and the surrounding neighbourhood quite thoroughly and you’re right, ours is a real neighbourhood, a non-touristic area where one can relax and experience the true Rome. Moreover, the Appian Way is right around the...

It was a perfect city break, being able venture into the city via the bus (20 mins) and relax in the spacious and attractive room and garden. I travelled with my girlfriend and we made the most of the recommendations from Julia and Paola - taking the private tour of the Appian Way with Julia (who was great fun and...

I stayed here, on the basis of TA reviews, for a couple of nights when I had a meeting in Tor Vergata. The reviews are correct, this is a great place to stay. It is not a hotel, but a handful of apartments in a large house. I had the smallest one, but this still had a lounge, a good-sized...

Dear JulianLeicester, Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave a review of our establishment. I am glad to know that, even while staying in Rome for work, you had the chance to explore a bit of the Appian Way. Staying in the middle of the Archaeological Park of the Appian Way and not experiencing it a...

Our family of 5 (parents plus 3 children 9-16 in age range) stayed in the lovely Domus Priscilla at AAR from 4-11 April. All I can say is that you don’t get to be number 1 on Tripadvisor unless you are doing things right, and there is no doubt AAR try their hardest to make your stay as good as...

While in Rome…. We spent four nights in this charming hotel and didn’t want to leave but were lucky enough to find it at a very last minute, whilst driving from Naples. Our plan was to stay in Rome before flying back home and we couldn’t tell enough about the hospitality of the owners who went out of their way...

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with every thing you would wish for a great holiday, the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming and so knowledgeable about Rome. There is a bus stop right outside and for just 1.5 euro you are in the centre of rome, easy walk up the street to the supermarket for provisions although the owners...

We recently spent 3 nights at this luxury boutique hotel feeing a part of the family with Mauricio and his assistant Julia. We were treated as family members from our late arrival to the time we left. Their suggestions for local attractions and restaurants were all great and the fact that they provided a complimentary bottle of Proseco to my...

Dear Paul P, Thank you so much for this amazing review. We are so delighted and honored to read that you consider AAR the best place to stay while in Rome. It is true, we are something like 20 minutes away by bus from the very centre of the city and the Appian Way is just around the corner! It...

Dear meganmoore39, you have never stayed at our establishment. We don’t understand why you bothered to leave a review…. However, out of consideration toward other readers, we must inform you that this review, though excellent, is, sadly, fake. The sentences are banal and unimaginative, typical of reviews written serially by professionals. Unfortunately, this phenomenon hits many establishments, whose owners keep...
