Our room was on the first floor down a winding corridor. It was big with a large bathroom. However, the walls were thin and the family next door noisy. Once they departed, it was a very quiet stay. The location was very convenient to the coliseum and the Fountain of Trevi. We loved the cafe/bar next door for breakfast and an afternoon cocktail. The hotel staff was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us. The suggestions for dinners were great and would have never been discovered on our own. Kudos to everyone there.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time here. Below are the pros and cons of staying here based on my experience. Pros: First, I can’t speak highly enough of how friendly, hospitable, and helpful the staff are. We interacted with the Kim the most, who was just phenomenal, but everyone we met here was super welcoming and always upbeat and happy to see us. This goes for the maintenance crew and housekeeping. All around great people who are eager to answer any questions you have. In addition to the great staff, the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located. The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, and Colosseum are less than 15 minutes away, the Pantheon a little further. Roma Termini, the train station, is about 20 or 25 minutes away. The Vatican is maybe a good 35 or 40 minute walk. We enjoyed strolling through and exploring the streets of Rome. It was a great way to see and experience the city. Finally, the hotel was clean and updated, at least in the lobby and on the third floor, where our room was located. Cons: I don’t really consider this a con since we didn’t come to Italy to spend a lot of time in our hotel room, but some Americans may be put off by the small size of our room. Unless you’ve stayed at one of those older historic boutique hotels with the small rooms, it will be a lot smaller than what you’re used to in the States. This goes double for the bathroom. It is all tolerable, however, and not a dealbreaker for us. What was tough, however, was that you cannot control the heat and they keep it cranked up, especially at night. We asked about this and were told that so they could do we turn the heat off, which they said they did. It felt a little more tolerable but there were still some nights we had to sleep with the windows open. This didn’t really bother us either, but there are some pubs on the main street that seemed to draw late night crowds. The voices and laughter would echo up, but I think that’s a part of the Roman experience. It is a very loud energetica city and if you aren’t hearing the nightlife, you’ll be hearing the sirens, church bells, mopeds, and sea gulls — all things the hotel cannot control. If in returned to Rome, I would happily and comfortably stay here again. The staff and the central location would be hard to beat.

We had booked Two Superior King Rooms and thought the hotel would be nice from the photos. What a shock, the rooms were very small and not easy to move around. The shower was like being in a telephone booth. The breakfast was less than average. The hallways were narrow, the elevator only fit two people with luggage and the staircase was winding and not very easy to maneuver. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. It is a standard or below Hilton property. We spent our last 2 nights of 21 total in this hotel and it was our only disappointment of Italy. However, we did not let it ruin our last days. We paid $485 Saturday and $408 for Sunday, and that way too much for what we got. Save your money or even spend a little more and go somewhere better.

I know this hotel has only 3 stars, but our experience was a 5 star. We booked directly through the Hilton App and used points. Our room was very modern and perfect for my husband and me. Kimberly at the front desk was so helpful and booked taxis and cars for us. She also booked a last minute golf cart tour for us with Fabio. He took us to some of the best places with less tourists. He was fabulous. There is also a cafe next door to this hotel that we had Americana coffee and croissants. So good. We had a great experience!

We had a relatively brief stay at the hotel, arriving at 5 pm and departing at 6:15 am the next morning. The staff was great and friendly. Due to leaving so early, I cannot speak to the quality of the breakfast. We booked the room as it was one of few we could find that indicated they had accessible rooms in Rome. The hotel contacted me to confirm that we needed an accessible room and to inform me of the limitations of the room so I was aware of any potential issues in advance. The room was adequate for my husband's needs (he has limited mobility due to CP and spinal stenosis and uses a rollator walker); however, it would be difficult for a wheelchair user who needs to transfer for a shower. There are a couple steps to get to the elevator, but they do have a mechanism to raise the floor so that a wheelchair can be raised up those two steps. A staff member would have to assist with this. The sink in the bathroom is accessible; however, the shower stall is not barrier free. It is a very small shower stall with glass doors on two sides that can be moved out of the way. They have a small stool in the shower; however, there are no railings so transfer without assistance for a wheelchair user would be difficult. It worked for us, and I include this in my review just so others looking for accessibility information have additional details. My only complaint was that the AC was somewhat inadequate and left the room very humid. The temperatures were around 90 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, and we were generally glad to have AC, but it wasn't quite up to snuff.

Not my favorite Hilton property. The location was greatand the staff friendly, but the breakfast (especially the coffee) was really awful. The hard sell for a golf cart tour was also a turnoff. Room was very clean.

Great location! About a 12 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and about 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, however there is a small selection. If you don't have breakfast included, I would recommend going elsewhere. It's pricey and you could get the same food for way less. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again.

Great location in the heart of Rome. Colosseum is a 15 minute walk, Trevi Fountain 10 minute walk. Surrounded by good restaurants. Clean rooms, although small, are enough for a good sleep and breakfast buffet is typical for Hilton properties. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful in making reservations, car service, recommendations on local flavor. I would definitely stay here again in the future. FYI, car service from FCO was about 80 euro. To cruise port 180 euro (approx. 1.5 hours away).

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend, I can not believe this hotel is even open, there are cockroaches and bugs crawling all over the walls, the place is old, dirty unkept and the staff are downright rude. there was blood stains on my sheets. How is this place even open?

Amazing location extremely close to all the major sites great breakfast! Service from the check in team is dreadful and not interested in the customer. We booked a king room on level three, it was the smallest room on the whole floor and not worth the money. The front desk told us the rooms were exactly the same size but the map on the fire evacuation plan shows it was the smallest room and other guests we were travelling with had the same room but significantly bigger and better “view”. There are nicer hotels nearby which we found on returning to Rome and cancelling our second booking at this hotel due to our first experience.
