Good location in Trastevere area. Near enough to the centre to walk to main sights but away from the über tourist hotspots. This also meant the places to eat and drink in the area were better and more reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and welcoming...More

Loved everything about this hotel and would have loved to have stayed longer than our 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved having breakfast and happy hour sitting underneath the orange trees. The rooftop terrace is also a nice place to relax...More

Very nice and cosy hotel with excellent location, excellent service and a very nice breakfast. Trastevere, where the hotel is located, is a very nice area with many restaurants and bars and cafes. Within 15-20 minutes walk you can reach most of the highlights of...More

I had a great stay at Hotel Santa Maria. I wish I would have known about it sooner as I would have easily booked more than one night. The people who run this place are genuinely kind and ensure that their guests are well taken...More

I didn’t find it too loud. There was some noise. But it wasn’t late. I found it a great hotel and well situated. It was small and friendly. I would stay there again.

Go to Travesterre. 2min walk from hotel. There are plenty of restaurants there. Beautiful food and atmosphere. Beautiful hotel too.
