The service and facilities exceeded expectations! The staff is always at your service and there was nothing we wanted for. I couldn't wait to come back to the hotel after our day. Wonderful breakfast and great people, expertly trained to treat you like a queen. The only reason I gave sleep quality a lower mark is because there were higher than expected temperatures when we were there and no air conditioning since it was still considered winter. There were controls in the rooms to alter the temperature, but I was told they were not operable since it was still considered winter. My mother had no problem sleeping, but it was a little difficult for me. The bedding is wonderful and I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Oh, and the private sauna room is a secret treasure.…

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast spread was nice and I was very well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel is you are visiting Rome or the Vatican. There is plenty to do within walking distance as well.

We chose this hotel because it’s near the Vatican City. With supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room is good (superior room with balcony), not very spacious but we can open 2 big luggages. As we arrived at around 9am, the staff helped us to keep and deliver the luggages to the room when it’s ready.

Very cozy, clean hotel. Close to the Vatican museum. Lots of cafes and stores within walking distance. Breakfast is tasty, has a nice variety of food. We really liked the staff as well, especially at breakfast. Jelena always made sure to put a smile on our face and remembered the small details. She put in a lot of work to make sure that everyone got the best experience. Overall, we really liked where we stayed!

We loved this hotel. Excellent location, few steps from the Vatican Museum and St-Peter Basilica. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable bed. A nice perk is that they offer complimentary taxi from and to the airport.

It’s a difficult one from the outset there was stress and confusion. We agreed a price beforehand. We arrived after being quoted a price for transportation with a very angry taxi driver saying he wanted more than what we agreed. Shouting, anger and embarrassment ensued with our group of 9 standing anxiously while I had to try sort it out. After having to prove my case to reception that we had an agreed price he very reluctantly took the fare. The reception staff were nice but Ill informed. Our group paid 619 in advance for our three rooms to secure the booking. First they said we didn’t pay. They said it was refunded. It was not that we’re wrong. I then had to go through my banking to prove I paid this amount. Panic and stress on arrival. Then there was an additional cost of city tax they had stated in writing was included. It was so difficult. Nice people. But seriously impossible to get any accurate information Clean rooms good location But honestly it wasn’t worth the hassle…

Dear guest Dtn332, first of all we would like to thank you for having found the time to write this comment, for us it is very important to know how our guests felt and it gives us the opportunity to learn and doing things always better. We really apologize for the confusion that has characterized your arrival that morning, we were ready to welcome all of you with the rooms ready earlier and we understand if the issue with the taxi driver stressed you out as soon as you arrived. Regarding the issue of the prepayment of the first night, the kind of reservation you booked was not a prepaid one. This is the reason why the hotel is not allowed to charge for it, but can only make a pre-authorization on the credit card given for guarantee with the amount of the first night, a standard procedure for non-prepaid reservations like yours, as also indicated on the website by which you booked. By the way, we totally understand that this can create confusion, especially when you have been told that the touristic tax of Rome was included in the final rate when it was not. For this reason during your stay our front office manager kindly invited you to the reception to explain everything to you and also why during the check out the bill was clearly divided for each room as per your indications. Despite the initial disappointment for which we apologize, we thank you for your kind words to our staff, regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the good location of the hotel.
