Perfect place to stay. Five minute walk to Spanish steps and the Trev Fountain. The subway is right across the street. Perfect for getting to the Vatican. Plenty of places to eat. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful!! I would definitely stay again.

Thanks Amanda, most of the times breakfast in included in our rates. Only exception last minute we publish a "basic" rate sometimes, more convenient but not including breakfast.
