On arrival, huge lobby, very efficient reception staff. We had an early flight so thought we would have to leave our bags but we were able to go straight to our room. Immaculate spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable for our 2 week stay. Breakfast had everything you could

Went here at October half term. We had adjoining rooms with excellent facilities. Ate in the restaurant one evening, and had several instances of room service dining. The service was very good in both instances, with excellent choices.

The usual Hilton quality, renovated rooms (at least in the left wing where I was staying), great view (if you get a room with a view), overall nice experience. The only downside is that downtown, restaurants and pretty much everything are at least 10 minutes walk.

The hotel is fabulous with luxurious views and dining options. The prices are steep, but that's everywhere in Sorrento. As a Hilton honors member, I had access to the lounge which was stocked with beverages and snacks, although I think it was not always open. Sometimes there

Dear Ms Bex150291, I am pleased to inform you that there is a Kids Club from mid June to mid Sept for children between 4 to 12 years. Children menu is provided at a la carte restaurant. Outdoor swimming pool has also a pool for kids, which is 50 centimeter deep. City center is about 10 minutes walk far and it could be a bit heavy for children, however there is a gate from the garden which allows the guests, coming back from the city center, to avoid the steepest part of the road. Moreover, Hilton Honours Diamond Member enjoy free access to the lounge of the hotel. Feel free to contact us should you need any further information. Kind regars Hilton Sorrento Palace

It’s a ten minute walk and there’s a hill. You can walk it easily enough but there are plenty of taxis about.

Late answer so you may have booked already. We had a cliff view. It was pleasant and our room was very spacious with a balcony for 3 of us. However, that view is amazing across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. You do see it at breakfast though, whatever you decided you will have a lovely time. It’s a great hotel.

Dear Davem887, we suggest you to take a taxi as the hotel is uphill and it could be a bit heavy walking with the luggage. We remain at your full disposal should you need any fruther information Kind regards Hilton Sorrento Palace

"Ask for a sea view, otherwise you may face the cliff wall."
"Ask for a room facing town - on higher floor. There seems to be a newer/remodeled wing...so can't say what rest of hotel looks like."
"The "family suites" havd zero views- you're looking at the mountain behind the hotel."
"Ask for a renovated room or upgrade to a room facing the water."
"Make sure you select a room with a view of the Bay of Naples"
