We came to madrid for the birth of our first granddaughter, it was my son who booked this hotel, we were delighted to speak Spanish with the staff, we slept in a large and beautiful room with Spanish and modern decoration, the breakfast was made with local and fresh products, the coffee was excellent, we keep an excellent memory of this hotel.

I just did the check in but I am already in love with this place. Kind, elegant, with personality. The ambience is calm but with a very nice clean light. Green. Very nice. And what can I say about the restaurant! Amazing service and excellent food. The maitre is pendant of all even the smaller details. Thanks to make perfect my landing in Madrid.

Ideal location near the centre and very close to metro. Easy to get to from airport. The staff behind desk were very nice and in the breakfast room. Gabriela was her first day back from ERTE. She was very sweet. Difficult to run a buffet breakfast with the covid restrictions. We were upgraded to a better room, rooms have all been refurbished to a high standard. Bathroom very nice and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The restaurant is reasonable and nice food, but small portions. Very reasonable price for a city centre hotel and should be at least a 4 star hotel. Hotel is a little difficult to find as it only has a tiny sign outside, walked past it several times before we found it. Highly recommend.
