This magnificent hotel was “home” for my wife and I in Madrid during our journey through Spain. From the moment we entered the modern lobby with the friendly, welcoming staff, we felt right at home. Our check-in went smoothly and we headed up to our room—507. The lighting throughout the hotel creates a great ambience and this includes the lighting in the hallways. Our room was comfortable with a surprisingly generous amount of closet space. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel recently. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff who not only provided the excellent daily housekeeping in our room, but also provided a nightly turn down service complete with the chocolate on the pillow. After our daily journeys, we were able to enjoy sitting in the lounge off of the lobby. The hotel also provided complimentary popcorn and tasty marshmallow sticks for guests. This was a nice snack before our dinners while in Madrid. This is a great hotel to stay at in Madrid. It was within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a local train station and some cultural sites. My wife and I were very pleased with this excellent property and its outstanding staff.…

I was fortunate to stay here when the hotel reopened after being shutdown for about a year. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Carmen, the director, and Claudia were attentive and anticipated my needs. I have been here for 18 days and have had a chance to experience every nuance of this place. Rooms are excellent and the premium room has a nice terrace. The lobby bar is nice and quaint. The breakfast is great. Their cheesecake is awesome! I'll be back for sure!

Excellent hotel, get the breakfast it’s totally worth it. Rooms are nice too.staff is good and it’s well located. We had a small misunderstanding during our stay and the hotel staff resolved it instantly.

Nice little hotel. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are very nice. King size bed. Rooms are clean but a little small. Breakfast is far too expensive at €27 pp. Little bar in reception is nice also. A little bit strange that there is a strip club next door but you would barely notice..
