In the old town of Burgos you can find an emblematic building that was a mansion and palace of the noble families Rodriguez de Salamanca and Gil Delgado, counts of Berberana. We are talking about Hotel Rice Palacio de los Blasones, a charming 4-star hotel that has been magnificently renovated and which now conjugates modernity and comfort in an establishment that is worthy of its category, preserving the elegance of a palace of its time. Located 150 yards from the cathedral and in the middle of the Way of St. James, also close to the Forum Evolucion Congress Centre and the Evolution Museum, the hotel is surrounded by an area filled with tapas bars, next to the main shopping street in Burgos. All the hotel rooms are Junior Suites and have two floors, large and perfect to relax and work. Also, Hotel Rice Palacio de los Blasones has a large gastronomic offer at its restaurant, La Finca, which has magnificent rooms to host all kinds of events.

A duplex room with a second bed, good location in the center of the city. The only trick is to find the way to the hotel (with parking) with the car. The breakfast room is nice, with old walls high ceilings.

This hotel was perhaps good like 10 years ago , now it is not up to standard of a 4 Star hotel. Rooms smell the corridors are ugly the carpets are old and dirty . The whole hotel gives a bad feeling . It is also not posseble to reach by car . It took us 1 hour to get there , when we called to hotel to ask for direction how to reach they put us on hold for more than 10 min , so we hang up and parked in a parking space in place espana. Do not book here I am sure there are better options in this beautiful town

Good service, excellent location but difficult to find if you are driving, since cars do not circulate on the street where it is located. Large rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. The parking lot is very narrow and uncomfortable, otherwise everything is fine.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous location (inside the old city walls, and right ON the Camino de Santiago) and near many restaurants and cafés, a very short walk to the Burgos Cathedral. Room sizes vary, probably because it has been converted from residences. Our room was wonderful and quite large for 85 Euros. Breakfast buffet was the best I saw in two weeks of traveling along this Camino route. Very helpful concierge. An excellent place to base out of to explore even as far away as rioja country. One Friday night there was loud revelry in the street below, but closing the floor-to-ceiling windows blocked out all sound. Highly recommend!

No coffee or tea in the room, mini bar not stocked, very noisy and grumpy staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in either of the rooms I stayed in - neither did the hairdryer. Food quite average. It’s a good location- easy walking distance to the bus station. Wi-Fi is terrible.

Dear customer, thank you very much for having stayed at our hotel and for taking your time to leave us your assessment. We take note of the aspects that tell us that we should improve. However, for a next time and after reviewing our facilities, the hair dryer and the air conditioner are working properly, we should have notified reception and we would have indicated the operation. Receive a cordial greeting
