Great hotel very clean and tidy rooms helpful staff good position in the town lots of back streets to explore. My only complaint was the secure parking for the motorcycles was a 5 - 6 minutes walk to an underground public car park not ideal in full leathers on a hot day after a long ride.
Ines and Jenny at the front desk handled multiple issues and requests with a high-level of professionalism and courtesy. Articulate and efficient, they merit special mention as well as the very kind young man who checked me in. These exceptional professionals are the reason I am rating this hotel a 5 out of 5. -John Stubbs, Rm 111, Apr 13-15
This is a well situated hotel to visit Burgos, the hotel is clean and only offers breakfast, but there are many restaurants near by. The hotel has no parking but there is a large underground parking at the museum at a very short walk from the hotel.
We were part of a big tour group- Cosmos - and there were 40+ of us checking in. But the servive was very efficient and prompt. The people were just so kind and accommodating. Lovely service, beautiful and very spacious room, good breakfast.
This hotel is so convenient for the centre of Burgos and very good value . We just stayed for one night on a motorbike trip and enjoyed our stay. Nice clean big room, comfy bed and modern bathroom make this hotel a great option for the city centre.
The Hotel Almirante Bonifaz was a great experience for my vacation to Burgos!! I recommend it to anyone who is in want of a stress-free hotel. It certainly exceeded my expectations in comfort and service.
The location for Almirante Bonifaz is great! It is a short walk from the center of Burgos, including its beautiful cathedral. That is definitely the plus for this hotel. As for the rooms themselves, they are worn and tired. Our window looked onto a center courtyard that was completely devoid of any color or decoration. Breakfast was acceptable. The service was generally friendly and efficient. For a one-night stay, this was fine. For anything longer, I would have wanted to go elsewhere.
If it weren't for its location, I would rate this hotel one grade lower. Perhaps my evaluation is influenced by the extremely poor view of my room - it overlooked a wind shaft. Food was average. Staff was courteous. Stay here if central location is important to you.
We were only in Burgos for one night on our way to France but Burgos was one of our favorite stops. The cathedral there is beautiful and our evening walk along the river was great. Loved the character of the city and would love to have been able to stay longer. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location,10 minutes walk into the centre, but the food was absolutely dreadful. The rooms are very tired, our bathroom was dirty, black silicone around the shower & around the bath plug was disgusting. Not worthy of a 4 star rating. Everyone on our trip seemed to be in twin beds, very odd.
