We stayed here for the weekend finally- having rebooked 3 times because of COVID restrictions! It is everything the reviews say - lovely helpful staff with excellent service all round. Lovey to have a welcome drink on arrival too. We stayed on the first floor, being a weekend the street was noisy in the evenings & into the night, but mostly settled after 1am. The rooftop terrace is small so needs to be booked. We managed to do this before we came so had some relaxing time there at the end of the day. There are 4 sun lounges & a cool hot tub. Great after a day of sightseeing & lots of walking. The hotel is in a lovely location in the old town & you can walk to the port, cathedral & most places you’d want to visit in a weekend.

Just returned from an amazing 2 night stay. The service from the team was exceptional; from initial check in with welcome refreshments, bags arriving in the room before we did, recommendations and booking of restaurants, the team could not be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel rooms had everything you could need and decorated lovely. The feel of the hotel is luxurious and lives up to it’s 5* rating. Please stay here. We would certainly love to return

The Summum Prime Boutique Hotel is a wonderful and luxurious hotel. Each and everyone of the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. We can’t thank them enough for their help, practical advice , restaurant bookings etc and the maid service is also first class. During our stay we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel staff was aware of this and made it extra special by surprising us with chilled cava and chocolate strawberries when we returned to our room after breakfast on the morning of our anniversary. It’s small touches like this that make all the difference! If we get the opportunity we will definitely stay here again but will bring our daughter who would love the hotel and nearby boutique shopping areas. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Beautiful hotel with great attention to the details that matter. Very welcoming and helpful reception team. Perfect location and very stylish. Would return again and again and I always recommend to others. The club room was spacious and calm and had nice nod to the original building in the room eg beautiful windows and stone work.

Well located, well appointed. The staff is particularly friendly. I only had a short stay but i will stay here again next time i am in Palma. If you stay here eat at the brunch place SanTosha which is about a half a block away
