Stayed here , one of the worst experiences of our lives. The staff lie to your face. They gave away our room to someone else! No way is it a boutique hotel. My advise would be avoid at all cost. Certainly not a boutique hotel, Premier Inn is more boutique.

A great boutique hotel without all the bells and whistles. Lovely accommodating, helpful and friendly staff. Small bar and pool which is just perfect. Excellent breakfast, but sadly no longer do eggs to order. We will return again.

Hotel is lovely and we have stayed five times, pool area is really nice and staff are very friendly nothing too much trouble, rooms are spacious, bed very comfy with fluffy pillows plenty wardrobe space and free use of safe, can't fault this hotel 😊

The hotel wasn’t as we thought and was disappointing to us. A refund was kindly agreed. But currently the hotel is saying their card machine isn’t working and we haven’t had any further contact with them. What appears to be great customer service is now proving to be problematic. We hope we can get it sorted.

Absolutely disgraceful from beginning to end ..not 4 star unclean and run down needs badly upgraded !!!! Bar only open some of the time ..no one else knows how to make cocktails!!!!.. sunbeds need cleaned as do tables .. Safe in room taped up and not working!!!.. Beds hard and pillows worse !!!.. No waiter serves at pool you have to go and try and find someone could take up to 15 mims ..don't be fooled by pictures on website definitely not what you get !!!!.. If you plan on drying your hair you'll need your own hair dryer as it will take you a very long time with the dated one I had to go and ask for !!!.. Rooms are tiny and not cleaned properly!!!.. I could go on for another few pages but fed up now and can't wait to get home .. This is not a 4 star hotel no views built up buildings surrounding it which are very sore on the eye .. I would never return here and strongly recommend you don't if you are planning on an enjoyable and luxurious accommodation!!!!.. …

Great hotel. Location excellent many bars, restaurants and shops within two minutes walk. T1 bus to Torremolinos Centro passes nearby. Beach also within two minutes Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and very pleasant member of staff in breakfast room. Will certainly return to the hotel and would recommend it

Had a lovely stay, weather was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be staying there again. Location could not be better, beach, bars and restaurants all within 3 mins of Hotel.

Really nice small boutique hotel in a great location. Excellent staff, have stayed twice and both times they have been so pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Two mins walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and chingaritos. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff, I have stayed at a few Sohos and really like them. This was also nice and convenient. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Parking underground across the street. Night shift clerk was wonderful and helpful.
