Went for 3 nights with hubby and kids, during May half term-checking out on 1st June. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff.Great position-between Torremolinos and Benalmadena marina. Amazing views. Fabulous food. Pools were cold though :-( A shame as my kids love being in the water, day in day out. They could only brave short bursts this time. The room was ok for the 4 of us. We were on the 6th floor with a view of the beach. Our bed was extremely comfy and myself and hubby slept really well. The living room area could be sectioned off with sliding doors and the kids were on the sofa bed in there. The bathroom was poorly designed. If you’re on the loo and someone comes in, you’re risking your kneecaps! Lol…Maybe they should have faced the toilet towards the shower..??!? There was a kettle and cups- but no tea /coffee in the room… nice touch but only partially thought out.??!? Also-no way enough storage. An open wardrobe(no doors) for me and hubby. Kids had an open wall mounted style unit-but literally all clothes / underwear/ shoes/ etc are on show… Makes room look super messy. Could’ve done with a unit with drawers maybe, under the TVs. (2 tv’s in room btw) just as an extra storage point. Not sure if I’d return to this hotel. For positioning and food, I probably would? For rooms, probably not.…

We returned from this hotel yesterday after a 4 night stay with older guests and our young children and it was excellent! Location is great with so many restaurants and bars nearby, hotel is clean and staff were so helpful. Breakfast was fab! The playa bar entertainment was a big plus for us too, we enjoyed the DJ and live music so much! Pools were clean, we always got a sunbed and we will definitely be returning!!!

Even though we pre-checked in on line we were still an hour waiting at the Priority chrck-in desk. Check in staff were not pleasant We booked a ground floor Junior Suite. It was not a suite. It was quite a small room with a tiny couch and table at the end my friends had a higher floor suite and they had a large separate living area. Food was excellent at the hotel Breakfast was superb. Great choice. We had food by the pool which was also excellent. Location was fab. Right on the promenade and across from the beach. Hotel was really clean. Pool was relatively small with very limited sunbeds for the size of the hotel. Second pool had tables and chairs which had a good busy vibe in the late afternoon with music. Overall great location. Awful check-in process. Staff not very pleasant. Room not a junior suite. But we had a good fun stay…

I am writing this on my last day still here as I leave in the morning.The hotel is fantastic and me and my family (group of 7 - 3 generations) have had the best time. Mario from the entertainment team made a great fuss of my 9 year old aria and made her feel special. I have to thank the bar staff also Ivan and Bea who were always wonderful with all of us and made my daughter fantastic mocktails and we’re so friendly!!! Thankyou all the staff at ocean house for our stay !!!

Last minute holiday and all I can say it was Fantastic. We were B&B We had a short stay of 5 nights, from start to finish was excellent. Staff were very friendly and very helpful 🙂 our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels left and spacious with plenty of room for luggage. The hotel was exceptionally clean from rooms to hallways and lobby, we were very happy here. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. You left feeling full. The pool area was fantastic with an amazing view, we were able to get loungers and parasols no problem, the staff at the pool bar were excellent, also mixing our drinks and serving.🍸 The entertainment by the pool was great from pool aerobics to running on the floating mat, spinning and then questions for the loungers to answer for a chance to win a drink of your choice (I won one of those 😀) these guys really interacted with people Mario in particular was a gem, so friendly answering any question without hesitation.. The Playa Bars entertainment was fab and such a buzz too 🙌 Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be visiting again soon 😊 …

Very nice hotel right on the beach, beautiful pools, and the food was great! It's a large hotel but you still feel cozy. The staff was definitely the best part, I was very impressed that they manage to make it feel personal in such a relatively large hotel.

To start on a positive note; Location is superb, on the promenade & beach, great sea views, the shops & restaurants nearby. The pool area is lovely with plenty loungers & towel hire. Breakfast has a great selection, lunch was ok, we didn’t have dinner, service is buffet. We flew in late to find our room set up for 2 people rather than 3, we called reception & security dropped off what looked like a table cloth with a stain on it & a duvet. We rang again for a pillow, sheets & towels, we got a pillow, no sheets & a bath mat. One person had to use an uncomfortable sofa & got no sleep. The floor was so filthy our feet were black after a few minutes. Air con is extremely poor. There is no fan in the bathroom & the shower gel was empty & not refilled during our stay. They supply a kettle & 2 mugs, no tea/coffee so not sure what they are for & no bottled water. The mini bar is priced extortionately. Reported our issue to reception the following morning & asked for a room move, we were told no & given another bed. Zero compassion or compensation for one person who had no bed, no sleep & no towels to shower. We were all inclusive & the wristbands we were given on arrival were taken off us after one day & replaced with different bands, we were told the ones we were given were more expensive than we paid for, this was their mistake so they should not have been taken back. One person in the group is a non-drinker plus we didn’t eat dinner any evening so for the sake of one more days drinks by the pool it would have been worth their while consider customer satisfaction & loyalty & the already poor experience we had. This could be a great property but the service lets it down badly. I wouldn’t recommend the all inclusive or for your annual holiday but location is very convenient for a short break. Keep your service expectations low.…

Decided on this hotel after being recommended it is a great hotel staff are efficient and friendly, food is very good it caters for all ages with lots of live music and entertainment. Rooms are all suits and very spacious and clean. We would stay here again

Ocean House is a stunning looking hotel with a lot going for it. While we don't normally book hotels we liked the look of this one & for the most part it lived up to its reputation. The reception staff were lovely but appeared at times to be under staffed with queues of people eager to get checked in & get on with their holiday. The room was lovely, clean with a stunning view. We would have preferred a fridge to a mini bar & couldn’t understand why a kettle was provided with no coffee etc; The room staff were marvellous, they serviced the room quickly & well. The pool areas were beautiful, well kept & clean & the entertainment was great for children & great keep fit for the adults. The pool food was delicious! My only query is why do they not provide food anywhere between the pool bar kitchen closing & the buffet at 7.30, some people don’t like to eat that late. It’s a pity that the pool bar kitchen wasn’t kept open until 6 …. Just a thought. We still had a very pleasant time thank you.…
