We stayed here overnight on our way back to Frankfurt, and what a surprise. Right in the centre of the city, easy to find, and a perfect location for a quick visit to Magdeburg. The rooms are a reasonable size, very comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Motel One in Magdeburg is a very nice hotel. Newly renovated and easy to find. Fairly ok size on the room we got, but would liked it larger. WiFi on the property, and parking in the garage - make sure you pay the garage in the reception before going down to the garage. The breakfast was in the bar are, and was nice. It was not the best area to have the breakfast, since the tables and chairs are for lounge use not breakfast.

Before booking, I admit I was in doubt, because there's a hotel in Magdeburg with an apparently superior rating, but actually there's no match. Motel One is much more modern and its front office was impressively reactive and helpful, in particolar Mr Marco Protz. He immediately found the ideal accomodation for my sister and me in a blink of an eye. I had already stayed at this hotel in April. I've just booked a new stay in September, so I'm a returning client. During my first stay, I enjoyed the smart design, as well as the totally soundproof rooms and the chance of staying in the middle of the town at a bargain price with all the facilities you can need. Breakfast offered a wide choice of treats with organic food. Look no further.

Motel One boasts with an excellent location in the old part of the city centre, just a brief stroll away from the main restaurants, the river and the impressive cathedral. Despite its central location, it's very quite, with small but functional rooms. Breakfast was very good too. Excellent value for the price.
