Very friendly staff in a great location. Hotel is old but full of character. The lift is very old and certain parts of the hotel show their age but it is clean and has all the facilities you could need. Our room was a Superior but quite small and the bed was a double rather than a king I think. The bed was comfortable. There was a small desk in the room with a chair and a stool but not much space on it. However there was a shelf over the bed. Round the corner was a wardrobe which contained drawers, shelves, a safe and a fridge so that was good. There were no hot drink making facilities in the room but you could get them in the lobby.

The bathroom was compact. There was a shower over the bath which was very efficient but it was quite high for me to climb over the bath to get in. There was no space at all for wash bags so we had to put them in the wardrobe on a shelf.

The lobby was reasonable but the lift was very small - only room for cases and one person. I liked the theming of the white bear. It was a reasonable value especially as the location was excellent with lots of restaurants very close by. We opted not to have breakfast. It was served in the basement and did not look that comprehensive for the price so we had breakfast outside of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and most spoke adequate English. Quetien (? spelling) on the night shift was especially helpful and chatted in English. He also went out of his way to go to another hotel in the morning to get me a postcard of our hotel which he left for me at reception.

I would recommend this hotel for a few nights but not for a week or more as I’d find it a bit too restrictive in size.

I am staying for 2 nights. The location is great. The room is small but functional and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness and set up could definitely be improved (small shower, random bidet and sink not in the same area as the toilet). It is cheap and the staff is nice. Good wi-fi.

Staff were great, really helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms - as it seems with most French city hotels - had really bad sound-proofing, and late night revellers were able to significantly disturb my sleep the first night... The lobby is smart, the rooms a little less so, the bathrooms are in need of a face-lift, but everything worked fine. Location is great. The wifi was fairly sluggish, but worked, and was free.

A shout-out for Bruno and his two colleagues at reception (didn't catch their names); poor guy was on the night shift but still had a smile when I left at 5.30am!

They claim nice covid friendly no upfront payment and flexibility but hide somewhere (i have not found where) that upfront flexibility do not mean they do not charge you full thereafter! I turned sick with a flu. Did not want to risk mine nor spread to the hotel’s guests that risk. And got the full bill for being thoughtful.

Well located. There is public parking opposite the hotel but the hotel has a pricing arrangement with another public car park a 5 minute walk away. Hotel and room are spotless and look like recently renovated. The room is on the small side but comfortable. Rates are reasonable for what you get. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely standard hotel. One of the last ones left open before the Lockdown. They were very welcoming and helpful. Including where we could get food as all catering had closed. Close to the supermarket for food. Quite central. Less than a half hours walk from the main train station. Round the corner to the Metro. Free wifi.

Bright and recently updated lobby with friendly service. That's where it ends. The elevator walls are covered with filthy smelly carpet. Upon arrival at floor, the hallways are claustrophobically narrow with dirty and distressed carpets. The first room was uninhabitable for two people. We were given another room which was slightly larger and had four large windows. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain and no matter how careful you were, the bathroom was covered with water. There was no toilet paper dispenser, rather a roll was left on the sink. They said they were going to renovate and if so it could become more acceptable. At this time, I would avoid since there are many other fine choices.

The location is center and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was standard continental. The hotel itself is dated and the rooms and bathroom very small. The bathroom toilet and shower were full of mold. I don’t mind a clean older hotel but a dirty old hotel makes for a unpleasant experience. The WiFi was terrible. It was also unsecured, which is dangerous to anyone accessing the internet. Our view was a ugly parking garage directly across the street. The street is very noise as several restaurants are next door and people eating, drinking, singing. So you’ll never sleep with the windows open. Hotel has AC. One one electric outlet for the whole room was challenging. Be aware that all the doors to the rooms are clustered at the end of the hall so you can hear each neighboring room coming and going. Toulouse is a beautiful city, but the hotel left a bad taste for our first visit.

I've stayed a few times and think this hotel is a good option in a very good location in Toulouse. The staff are super friendly, especially a young woman with short brown hair who can help you with all kinds of city advice and is always offering you a coffee or tea in the lobby. The rooms are small, yes, but they are clean and really all you need for a comfortable stay. The best part is the location - you're right in the city, close to the great market at Les Halles (have lunch there) and popular restaurants like J'Go and Le Pyreenen (the latter is my fave). I'll be back.

Very pleasant, relatively small, very clean, hotel right in the centre of Toulouse, opposite the main market...which has some great restaurants on its roof area. The receptionist could not have been more helpful or professional. It is literally a few meters from a fantastic range of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Large car park entrance literally 15 metres away, metro a short walk. Ideal pleasant, reasonably priced hotel.
