It is an apart-hotel located next to the train station and very close to the historic center. It has parking in the same place which allows you to travel with your car. The room is large and equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils that allow you to cook if you don't want to go to restaurants.

Very nice hotel and great staff, very helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and reason for being in Toulouse. The staff was very willing to help with a few requests that I couldn’t resolve myself. This wasn’t a chance great stay, I was at the Hotel for over 2 weeks.

Very good location (3-4 minutes from Matabiau train station) and from there you can easily get to the center of Toulouse. Lots of restaurants, bars, etc. within easy walking distance. The price, despite a New Year's offer, I found it a bit high for the room I got. Ibis offers something similar at a slightly cheaper price. Still recommended for a short stay.

Could be a much better hotel if the staff would pay more attention to provide the service. At breakfast, spoons and bowls were missing thourghout the stay and the huge water tank for the coffee machine was refilled during breakfast. Instaed of paying attention to the guests the staff was out in the yard smoking. 2 out of 3 fitness machines were out of service.

The room was clean and nice sized. It was convenient to the train station which is what we were looking for. The only thing that seemed to be a problem was the pool. The pool was outside our window and when we checked in we could hear water running. It was as if they were trying to fill the pool, but when we looked out the pool was in no condition to be filled. It was disappointing that the pool was not in usable condition since it was 90+ degrees outside. The rest of the property was clean and in working order. There is a small gym, but it was not air conditioned. It was too hot to use while we were there.

Toulouse France Location-
Firstly-12 night stay and on arrival the service desk representative agreed that we could have free coffee in the lobby. However on the third day we were apprehended by a different male representative stating that we were not allowed free coffee and that we could potentially have to pay for the full buffet because we had drank 3 cups of coffee. I responded that we would not be paying for any coffee up until this point and that he needed to take the issue up with the 1st Rep we had at arrival. Very unprofessional especially considering that in our travels, we have never had to pay for coffee in any other hotel lobby. Again a 12 night stay and coffee isn't included?? Secondly -we booked a queen bed and got a full as the Bookings ad showed. Third -we were suppose to have a airport pickup and after emailing the hotel withing 24hours (after our airline booking info arrived), we did not here back from the hotel about the airport pickup. Not good Hotel service.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent 12-night stay with us. We’re pleased to hear that you chose our hotel as part of your journey through Toulouse, and we hope you enjoyed discovering the city. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the coffee situation and for any miscommunication that may have occurred. We understand that this may have differed from your experiences at other hotels, and we appreciate your patience. At our hotel, a complimentary coffee is offered on the first day as a welcome gesture, but thereafter, coffee is available as a paid service. Additionally, please note that breakfast items, including nuts and peanuts, are not included in the daily coffee provision. It was, therefore, appropriate for our team to inform you of this and request payment for any additional consumption. Regarding your room reservation, it appears that you booked a studio through Booking.com, where both the description and photos indicate the specific amenities, including the absence of a sofa. We hope that the rest of the room's setup met your needs for comfort and convenience. For the airport transfer, please note that this service is provided by Booking.com and not managed by the hotel, so we don’t receive any direct information about these arrangements. We apologize for any delay in our response to your inquiry, as this particular request is outside our typical scope of services. For clearer communication on aspects such as transfers, apartment types, and bed configurations (which are very clearly indicated on our direct online platforms), we encourage our guests to book directly with us. This way, you’ll receive precise information and benefit from more flexible, advantageous conditions, avoiding potential miscommunication through third parties. Once again, thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. Should your travels bring you back to Toulouse, we would be delighted to welcome you again and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Best regards, The Management

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool, however it was not filled during our stay so couldn’t be used, the area around it was also dirty/shabby. We knew we needed to check in past reception hours so had to arrange this with staff, however took days of calling & emailing back and forth and chasing them for this to actually be done. Was also woken up at 5:45 to hoovering outside our room one morning. Don’t really understand how it’s classed as a 4star, should be no more than a 3, looked quite shabby & cheap. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A well-appointed aparthotel close to the centre of Toulouse. We started in a room with a separate living and sleeping area. It had single beds and a double sofa bed and a small kitchenette.
The room was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom.
The pool, while small, was a nice bonus and was nice to cool off in in the evening.
The main downside of the hotel is the weird hours of the reception. It’s open 7-11 and 3-7. If you need anything outside these hours, you have to go to a nearby hotel owned by the same company. They allowed us to store our luggage in this other hotel after we checked out on the last day.

Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are thrilled to hear that you found our aparthotel to be excellent value for money and that you appreciated its cleanliness and convenient location near the center of Toulouse. We hop you had an amazing time here and that you enjoyed the city and all its assets. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed the well-appointed room. We take pride in providing comfortable and clean accommodations to our guests, and we're pleased that you found the beds comfortable and the bathroom suitable for your needs. We're also delighted that you were able to take advantage of our pool. Even though it may be small, it can be a refreshing spot to freshen up in the evening after a day of exploring the city. We appreciate your feedback regarding the reception hours. We understand that these hours may be inconvenient at times, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. An important change is yet to come about opening and closing hours. But we value your suggestion and will look into how we can make access to our services more convenient for our guests outside of these hours. Thank you for mentioning that we allowed you to store your luggage at our sister property located only few meters away from us after check-out. We aim to provide helpful services to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us. Your feedback is essential to help us improve our services. Warm regards, The Saint Exupéry team

The room 107we booked online on booking.com was really nice and announced 25sqm.
What we got was a smaller room with windows to the pool and fitness room. Everybody could take a look in our room!
You can use the curtains off course, then it feels like a cave....
The room itself had very little space for cloth and jackets, was without any decoration. Walls with bumps and carpet with cigarette burns.
We asked the manager if there was a way to get a better one, answer > yes, if you pay more...
We will never come back to Saint-Exupéry in Toulouse!

Dear Sir. Dear Madam. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any inconvenience you experienced. We are concerned to learn that the room you booked did not meet the specifications as described online. Your feedback about the room's size, view, and overall condition is valuable to us, and we will investigate this matter to ensure such discrepancies are avoided in the future. However, we are a little bit surprised that you were able to book a specific room since in every hotel, when you book on booking.com, only a specific category of room is suggested, not a room number. We regret that your request for a room change was not met with a more accommodating response. We will review our policies and communication with our staff to ensure that guests' needs and concerns are handled with more flexibility and understanding. We understand your decision not to return, but we hope you might reconsider in the future. We are committed to improving our guest experience, and your comments will be instrumental in making necessary changes. We apologize again for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. If there's anything else you would like to share or discuss, please feel free to contact us directly. Your feedback helps us to better serve our guests. Best regards,
