Cheap hotel in Toulouse. It is 15 minutes from the center and has a metro stop 5 minutes away. The hotel is clean. We had a very spacious and clean family room but these rooms are disabled, therefore there is no shower or bathtub, which makes the bathroom wet every time you shower. They already give you extra towels but it's still annoying because the bathroom is always a mess.
At the front desk, there's a girl who speaks a little Spanish.
Right breakfast. Not much variety but good, especially croissants.
It has free parking outside.

Either we were lucky or some evaluators are difficult! We spotted the hotel because of its proximity to the city center (3 or 4 metro stations) and its free parking. Based on the comments we almost canceled our reservation but as it was for one night we went. Certainly the rooms need a renovation but it was clean. The breakfast was OK for the price (less than 10 euros). The staff is friendly and we found a space in the parking lot. In any case, there is plenty of space in the side alley running alongside the hotel. So it's very good for the price.

Good value budget hotel. Safe and clean. The room and bathroom were brand new and nicely decorated (Scandinavian style). The young woman at the reception was nice and efficient. The problem I encountered was the noise that came from the showers and toilet flushes from other rooms ! The second night I kept the bathroom door tightly closed and this lessened the noise. The hotel is a good 7-8 minute walk from the Canal du Midi métro station which might be a little far for some. There are no little shops in the area only a Pharmacie. Good wifi connection.

The hotel is very close to city center while it is a bit far from hassle of the busy downtown. Everything is available however sometimes in a new way.
Close to very good restaurants, don't forget that they have pizza service, delivered to hotel.
Ask for a room with a view toward canal (the photo is from our room window). The perfect double glass windows keep road noise away from your ears.
The hotel staff are so helpful and don't hesitate to ask them for help and guide. Their 24 hours reception also is very good option.

+1
Disgusting room!!! The reception, the guy is obnoxious. I tried to get a dragibus from the machine, I paid by card, the dragibus never fell! I asked the receptionist to help me and he said “I can’t do anything because the machine is not ours”. He didn't offer to refund me, he didn't offer to help me by trying to call the owner of the machine but simply that it wasn't his problem. The beds are stained with “blood”, the floor is dusty as if the cleaning has never been done. The air conditioning never works. In short, I strongly advise against it!!!

I made a trip to Toulouse, over the December long weekend. Not a positive experience, a B&B hotel, therefore dinners in another hotel, a rather shabby hotel. For dinner we had to move 1.5km away. Then back to the B&B at odd hours. Bus not at all comfortable for such a long trip. Not at all happy with the services offered by this agency. I don't recommend it

During our weekend stay, somebody came into our room to "clean" us a 295€ watch and a 80€ new bottle of parfume (I gave 5 stars on cleanliness). The hotel did not give us a solution and was not nice denying the fact from the first minute... So bad experience that never happened before in my life.
Appart from that, the breakfast was pretty good and the room and bathroom rather decent as well. But according with my experience, I have to say: mind your belongings guys!

Having experienced a good B&B Hotels in Limoges, I thought that this was a must for the price and the fact that it was central. However a little run down but clean. The breakfast was a massive let down! Very poor in every way. It is also not central! The wife and I had to walk some dark streets late at night to get back, which she didn't like.

Good hotel, which was value for money. Location a bit out of the way but not too far from Metro station and about 20 minute walk into Toulouse centre. Service was good, with a nice breakfast. Underground parking in the hotel was useful. Room was as expected from B&B chain. Comfortable and clean. No complaints really.

The rooms in this budget hotel are larger than you find in many other budget hotels in France and there is a good sized bathroom and plenty of hot water. This B+B could do with renovating but we have no complaints about it. It is close to the city centre and, as one other reviewer remarks, you stay here because you have a car, right? Another reviewer complains about the smell of cigarette smoke and animals in rooms. Live with it, folks. The French and their government don't care about the effects of cigarette smoke. Just go to any restaurant and try and avoid it while you are eating. There are plenty of signs in the rooms asking people not to smoke but if the occupants are French, it is odds on that the signs will be ignored. And dogs? Walk down any street. When in France ...
