Excellent stay. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious and clean. The presence of underground parking accessible by elevator is very reassuring and practical. Finally, the beds are comfortable and the equipment works well.

We'd booked into the hotel for a specific date, but circumstances required 1 earlier night. They said they were full, so we asked advice on surrounding places. We found another on Bookings.com and asked if they could phone for us and book, also ordering a taxi. At that point they said they has a "sudden cancellation", but it was double the price. We accepted as we'd had difficult trip and needed as little hassle as possible. Was that real or a coincidence? The hotel itself was very nice, no issues there, I just don't like feeling conned.

Hotel is located just a block from the metro. Convenient to center of town and the university. The staff, especially Carmen, were wonderful. The room is more than adequate - lots of space - a desk and a table. The breakfast was very good also. Very clean and secure. Kitchenette - which was nice to have.

At reception I was offered a room for €130.00. Before I paid, we found out!!! This room can be booked on booking.com for €119.00. When asked about this, the lady behind the reception became angry and cheeky. That sounds funny at first. But remember, you are experiencing exactly this situation. No, really not funny.

Aparthotel very well located. About 150 meters from the metro stop and about 20 minutes walk from the center. Very well equipped apartment with complete kitchenware. Large bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. Good Wifi. Correct cleaning. Very friendly staff who speak perfect Spanish. Right price

I was a little afraid when I did not recognize the name when my reservation came in. So I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel when I got my room. It was in building C and I liked the quietness of the room and the opportunity to close the blinds completely, since the sun sets after 10:30 pm. The breakfast was good, The parking is covered and very safe. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. The location is probably not the best looking, It is a little away from downtown and quiet, close to a Metro station, but the streets are somewhat dirty and not cleaned like some other areas.

We chose this hotel because of the generally excellent reviews we read on TripAdvisor. After staying there, we can only wonder why anyone who visits such a soulful, beautiful, warm city as Toulouse would wish to stay at a cold, impersonal, soulless place like this. The last place I stayed that resembled it was my university dormitory, and that had charm in comparison to this place. Not only is the mattress hard as a stone, but they provide only two of the thinnest bath towels that have ever been manufactured - no hand towels, no washcloths. The floor is covered with the cheapest kind of fake wood that is actually peeling up in places. The people at reception were either correct in their dealings with us, or interacted with us in a manner so cold that it matched the overall ambience of the place. It had some advantages: quiet room, near the metro, but there are perhaps hundreds of other hotels in Toulouse that share those traits. And the three nights we spent there ended up costing us $310 - I think anyone can do better by just walking into a random hotel in a far more interesting area of the city than that in which this dump is located.

Our stay in this Aparthotel was a pleasant experience in every way. Firstly, the apartment was spotlessly clean with a good-sized double bedroom and a very adequate settee bed for our daughter. The bathroom was also a comfortable size and the kitchenette usefully equipped. Initially, when we arrived at St Michel metro station and began searching for the property, we were perhaps a little unsure of the area as it is not a picturesque street. These were ill-founded concerns, however, as we discovered that it was perfectly safe even when we were returning late in the evening. It is only a "stone's throw" from the Metro and this was a huge bonus in terms of travelling in and out of the city. We were staying four nights, so we purchased a three day metro pass which gave us total freedom of transport at a fraction of the cost of buying individual return tickets. It is an area which is not abounding in restaurants, so we ate in the evenings closer to the city. We had a beautiful meal at 'Quand les moules auront des dents' (Boulevard Strasbourg) and at a slightly more expensive restaurant called 'Jigo' (Victor Hugo),which was excellent and full of atmosphere! There was a lovely little boulangerie across the road from the Aparthotel and the croissants were delicious in the mornings. There was a breakfast facility in the Aparthotel at a cost of 10 euros each which we did not use. We found the staff in Privilege very courteous and quick to assist when we had queries. Our daughter will be living in Toulouse from September and we will want to visit her from time to time, so we will certainly be returning to Privilege Aparthotel.

We stayed here whilst on a motorcycling vacation on our large touring bike. We always look for accommodation away from tourists as we like to mix with the locals. This hotel was perfect in all respects. Helpful,friendly staff, good location and underground parking.

Just upon arrival, we were welcome by an English speaking, extra friendly and helpful lady at the front desk who promptly gave us a lot o information about the hotel and the city. Along with her, all the hotel staff (from cleaners to manager) seemed absolutely nice and kind. We stayed at a T2 apartment that was really fine. Everything was very well kept, clean and tidy. There was a living room with a double sofa bed, flat TV with many channel options (but unfortunately no kids channel), fast wireless internet connection, equipped kitchenette (no oven), a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a nice separated bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The apartment was fully air conditioned, individually controlled. There was also some treaties like electrically controlled window blinds. All with a brand new appearance. Despite being quite central, the place was amazingly quiet and silent, both from internal and external noise, what guaranteed a good time to sleep (once until 1:00PM). Car parking was 10 EUR extra per day, what I found quite expensive, but we had no other choice in confusing, crowded, central Toulouse. As we had our own kitchen, we didn't try the breakfast. Hotel location was also good, being quite central, close to restaurants, ATMs, in front of a small supermarket and steps away from a metro station; easy access by car from the peripheral ring road. Overall, it turned out to be a very good option in Toulouse: absolutely recommend!
