Great discovery for a short stay close to the city center, perhaps around twenty minutes on foot from Place du Capitole. Airport shuttle not far away and bike rental right on the way out. Unbeatable value for money in the room: clean, modern, functional, and rather well soundproofed given the size of the building, which gives an impersonal impression at first but which is ultimately quite welcoming, with young staff and customers. Check in and check out possible independently but there is always someone. For lunch and dinner, the place also remains a decent option. Breakfast at 15€.

During our stay from Friday, May 17 to Monday, May 20, my spouse and I let our pool belongings dry on a deckchair located under a surveillance camera. Unfortunately, these cases have disappeared.
We asked to view the CCTV footage several times, five times a day, over the next two days. However, the front desk staff constantly rejected this task, despite our insistent requests. They promised to come back to us by email, but we never heard back.
I am posting this message to report this situation and encourage the property to finally take the necessary steps to respond to complaints from their aggrieved customers. I hope that on reading this opinion the staff will take the trouble to resolve this problem.

I’m very glad I stayed at The Social Hub. Their concept is community driven and the hotel lobby provides multiple areas for relaxing, reading, playing piano and ping pong! I’m so glad I rebooked my hotel after learning about The Social Hub. After a day of walking the city in 95-degree F temperatures it was so nice to look forward to relaxing in The Social Hub lobby with a cool beverage and reading my book.
The breakfast buffet is worth your money. Everything from eggs, sausages, to croissants and fruit and yogurt and granola.
My room was super quiet until the third night when someone in the courtyard with an unusually loud voice kept me awake for a bit. Other than that slight annoyance I can recommend this hotel highly. Air conditioned comfort (temps were around 95 F!) Clean— someone was always mopping or vacuuming— and comfortable bed. My room was small but I had everything I needed including delicious teas. The location was ideal for walking to major tourist destinations and a short inexpensive Uber drive to the airport. Friendly staff, thank you to The Social Hub!

The hotel's conditions are excellent, especially the social areas. The staff is friendly and attentive. But I would like to point out that breakfast must be purchased at check in, otherwise it will be more expensive, and I had not been informed of that. Also, breakfast service ends at 10:30, which means you have to be there by 10am. If you want to take a dip in the pool before breakfast, you have to be quick because the pool only opens at 9am, but take towels because at 9am there is no member of staff there to give you a towel. But overall the price-quality ratio is very good, so I recommend this hotel!

Breakfast on Saturday is served from 8AM when most start working at that time. I was not offered a refund when I mentioned it either. Bedroom. Thermostat could not change temperature and as set to 22.5 difficult to sleep. However, the Surrounding is very nice and very clean. I ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. I will be going back but not paying for breakfast!

Situated in an area populated by universities this would be an ideal location for those a lot younger than my wife and I. The location of the hotel is okay and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The staff on arrival were friendly, helpful and check in straight forward. Our room was small but we were only going to be in the city three nights so it wasn’t an issue. But the real problem was the noise emminating from outside our window at all hours of the night. Screaming, shouting, loud music playing until at least 2am. Then there’s the lorries passing right past us and rubbish be dumped at all hours of the night in the dumpster outside. You certainly couldn’t have your windows open at night to let any fresh air in as you’d go insane. All in all a disappointing experience at this hotel on our first trip to what is a beautiful city.

It is a modern vibe hotel 20 minutes from the city centre. Tube and bus stop nearby and airport bus just a few meters away. Good service and great bed and shower room. The negative side was on Sunday morning, when they didn't provide us with scrumbled eggs and croissants after 9:15 am, despite the cook was in the kitchen. So try to skip Sunday breakfast and go somewhere else if you don't want to feel you waisted your money

Really enjoyed my stay with the Social Hub. The rooftop pool is a real highlight, but the whole hotel feels very modern, laid-back and friendly. Digital check-in was super quick and easy, but there were staff present around the clock (including when I checked out at 4am!) who were always very happy to help. Location is great for getting into the centre of town either by walking or public transport.
