Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

We arrived by train and the hotel is about 100 metres from Toulouse Matabiau railway. We did discover a huge underground car park at the hotel - but I'm not sure how much this would be to use.
Be warned... Just because it's an aparthotel doesn't mean that you automatically get a microwave etc.
A standard room will give a bed and ensuite - but you need to pay more (a studio) to get the facilities of an aparthotel.
The room is only serviced if you stay eight nights or more - so no clean towels, no extra toilet paper, no bed making. We had to ask reception staff for extra toilet paper each day.
The bath ran luke warm. Many of the reception staff seemed disinterested.
We never ate there . Breakfast is advertised as an extra 14 Euros per person. There is a mini supermarket next door. Their door says "open at 8am" but most days it was still shut at 8.30.

I needed a place which had parking in the building, a gym and centralish location. The good points about the hotel were: 1. The staff were super helpful and a joy to speak with. They filled me in on the local attractions and dinning experiences - almost worth returning just to speak with them!
The "ok" things included: 1. The bed was reasonably comfortable. 2. The linens were ok
The bad things included: 1. We asked for extra pillows and at least one had not been washed and stunk of dirty bedding 2. The parking is complicated to find, get into and out of. Furthermore, the journey from the underground parking to the hotel is extremely convoluted and requires going through multiple heavy fire doors, elevators and passes. 3. The corridors in the hotel are very dark and dingy. 4. Our room had a "grey" theme which was just depressing
Overall I wouldn't return to Nemea Appart'Hotel - but the staff were still great!!

I am an active traveler for over 10 years and first time I face such a place! At arrival the reception asked to block 150 EUR either cash or card, which should be released on the day of check-out at midnight. Our room was designed for disable people. We asked if we could move to a normal room, so not to occupy the one for special needs if such guests appear. The receptionist answered without checking that there was no other vacant room. The shower had no curtains whatsoever (because to be accessible for a wheelchair) so the entire bathroom got wet after a shower. The door was sliding, with missing handle (see the photo), not closing properly, leaving few cm gap and no privacy. The heating panel was not working and broken as well (see the photo). There was no hair dryer and I asked 5 times before I got one. There was no bottle opener and the receptionist was not able to find one in the entire hotel, so we went and bought one. The kitchenet included a sink smaller than the plates provided. The tab had leaking so the water was running over the whole kitchen plot. During our stay we were not entitled to any cleaning or towel change. It's ok, for 3 days stay is not a trouble, but we were asked to throw the rubbish bags (toilet and kitchen) before checking out! I was not sure do I have to hoover and change the sheets too!!! This place is called a hotel and was somehow categorised with 4 starts! And although guests leaving the room clean, the check-in is from 17:00.

This hotel is very close (virtually opposite) to Toulouse Central Station. My room was on level 7 with good city views. The room has all the standard amenities including a very small kitchen with plates and cutlery. There is BBC on the TV, but not CNN, which is general standard in Europe in 3 to 4 star hotels. The bathroom was very large and shower was exceptional. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and worked effectively. However, there is 150 Euro deposit, even when you have prepaid for the reservation. This was not clearly stated when making the booking. This is so called "security deposit", is required to cover the loss of plates, cups and knifes/forks this go missing They tried to insist I use a credit card for this payment, but I decided to pay cash. The only problem with security deposits, they often take many weeks to return to international debit and credit cards. Other issues about this location: Just 1 min walk from the hotel is an excellent mini supermarket, which sells things likes ice, alcoholic drinks and a range of salads. While this hotel is convenient to the central station and supermarkets, it is about 2 to 3 km walk to main tourist attractions of Toulouse - cathedrals and plazas. If you coming to see Toulouse to visit Airbus (Factory Tour and Museum), the metro train departs from the central station area, with additional transfer to a Tram. The total travel time is 1 hour. If you traveling to the airport, the airport express bus leaves from the Central Station zone (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). The fare is 9 Euros which expensive for 25 to 30 min trip. The first bus leaves at 5:00am and bus operate every 15 to 20 mins. There are cheaper ways to airport, but that requires a metro, tram and or bus connections.

Beware excessive room deposit which is quick to take and of course then delayed by “the banks” processing time. Why cannot this just be put on hold and then released after 24 hours by the hotel. Poor practise which needs challenging

Convenient location with no service at all. After checking into the room, found the water kettle was leaking, safety locker didn’t work, supply was missing and no coffee , no tea in the room. Called for the services, the lady at the front desk hand up my phone call three times. She said that the check-in guests are the priority . Well, never have such expectations that we became the second-class guests after checked into room! The lady said there will be no replacement for dirty towels unless pay 20€, no room cleaning until the 7th day stay. We are staying in this hotel for 3 days, wish just stay for one day!

Aparthotel located opposite Toulouse Matabiau train station and bus station. Modern, clean and designer room with a fully equipped kitchen area. Well soundproofed room, I couldn't hear the trains or the traffic in front of the station. A mini market is located right next door for shopping. Pleasant staff and quick formalities. An address that I recommend.
