Detailed Reviews
Don’t think about booking anywhere other than the Odalys if you’re visiting Toulouse. It’s a bit outside the centre, but that is the only small thing. It’s only a €10 Uber to the centre though, and it’s well worth it. There was three of us lads who were visiting for the rugby, and one of the rooms was perfect for us. There was a double bed and two singles, in adjoining rooms (there’s a door in the room separating them). There are cooking facilities, with a hob, pans and a microwave. There’s a big fridge as well. There’s a little shop next to the hotel that does loads of drinks, as well as meats like ham etc for a sandwich. There is a bakery 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, and it’s unbelievable. Baguettes are €1 as are the croissants etc. The hotel is really smart, and is very similar to a Hilton hotel back home. The beds are so comfy, you’ll have the best night sleep. The staff at reception spoke great English, and were so helpful. They printed our boarding passes out for the way home, and there’s a free 24h luggage room. Check out is at 12, so you can have a bit of a lie in. The bathroom has a hairdryer, and there are plenty of plug sockets around. We didn’t have the breakfast but it did look good. You can log into Netflix, Amazon prime and YouTube on the TV, which is also a great touch. The airport is only a short journey, which is only a €15 Uber. Don’t get actual taxis around as they are a lot more expensive. Download Uber before you go and you’ll be alright. Honestly if you’re going to stay in Toulouse, stay here.

Modern hotel where everything works, like lifts that arrive quickly and move just as fast. Great room on the 5th floor with large balcony. We had booked a superior, it was half the normal price booked 6 months in advance. We were put on floor 1 because they thought we wanted a quiet room, but we asked for the 5th floor and they moved us straight away, only the 5th floor front has the balconies.
The room was large and super comfy, it was a real treat staying here.
Watch out for the metro as it is a bit complex, there is only an A and a B metro that cross each other and you have to switch from one to the other most times. All are in the one zone, but plan this journey carefully, as it's easy to get confused.
A day ticket worked out well, as we had bus and tram included, and it was good to see around the city. The center is a maze of quaint streets and small shops as well as chain stores built into it all. Over the bridges it becomes a bit run down. We found Toulouse to be a working city, where bars and eateries are packed all weekend, and then people look grumpy on the Monday. We remember those days.
Overall Toulouse is not the place for me, the people are too into the 9-5 routine, don't give way in the street, and most are buried in their phones, so can't rate it as a friendly place really.

This aparthotel is highly recommended. The room is big, nice and very clean. Comfortable mattresses and large bed. The bathroom is not big but very functional. The shower had a complete screen (no water came out, something I don't know why happens in many hotels) and water with a lot of power and a good temperature. It has a towel heater which, taking into account that they don't change your towels (I suppose they do upon request, but we only stayed 3 nights), is fantastic for drying them. Although it has a small kitchen, I do not consider it an apartment as such because there is no large table to eat seated, but that was not our intention either. It has cutlery, kitchenware, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher, refrigerator and water heater so enough if you want to have something to eat before going out or snack at night. If they don't make the room for 3 days and you have to take the trash down, but not to the street, but in a room that is there for that purpose on the ground floor.
The location is not super central, you are 15-20 minutes from the center on foot but the path is very pleasant, it is not difficult and there is a metro stop very close.
It has a free shuttle service to the airport and the station at certain times, the schedule didn't work for us and we couldn't take advantage of it.
We didn't order breakfast so I can't rate it.
In the area there is a supermarket and a cafe but it is not a restaurant area to go out nearby for dinner.
As a negative, mention that the bathroom at some point smelled like a pipe, but not too exaggerated. The bathroom did not have a window but it did have a small extractor fan. There is shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
The staff was always very friendly.
It is a highly recommended hotel with a great quality-price ratio.

Fine for a short stay, would probably not use it for stays of a week or more. Small studio ok for sleeping in. showering and maybe for cooking a basic meal or snack. Kitchenette very small and basic. (We didn't use it, but for people self catering take note. Dishwasher but no dishwashing tablets/ dish soap, sponge etc. Clean but not detailed clean or spotless. No tea/coffee/milk in apartment so bring your own if you fancy a brew. Apart from sitting on the bed, there's nowhere to relax in the room. Location was ok, near the Japanese Garden, Canal and airport shuffle bus stop and about 20 - 25 mins walk into town.

We needed flexibility and autonomy for meals and this is really ideal.
We found a spacious room, very clean, quiet because it was soundproof, a pleasant bathroom, very well lit, with a rather large shower. The kitchen had good equipment and the essentials for cooking.
Several sockets available to plug in our various devices. Bedding in excellent condition and very comfortable. Honestly, nothing to complain about. To this you add very friendly staff who welcome you with a smile even if you arrive at 2 a.m. and the possibility of free parking on the street. In short, it's great and we'll come back.

The room is good and well equipped. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and speak English well. When I arrived, I should have had a complimentary kit with cleaning material in the room, which was not the case. I found out that each time the room had to be cleaned I had to pay 10 euros. I arrived on a Thursday. I found my bathroom sink getting blocked on the following Saturday. When I complained, I was told that Sunday was a holiday for the technician so it could be repaired only on Monday. I had to use the kitchen sink instead. On Monday, things became worse as the technician had cleared up the bath sink but consequently the bath shower plate drain was blocked and sewage was coming out. So Tuesday and Wednesday, I had to go to a friend's room to shower and my bathroom became smelly because of the sewage. Only after threatening to complain to health authorities and asking for a refund, the technician came to fix the shower drain on Wednesday. Very disappointing

This was the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. My room came equipped with a kitchenette with all the trimmings which was very useful. The location was ideal for me as I don’t like to stay too close to the centre. But was still close enough to walk into the city centre. There is the CUUUTEST bakery nearby as well as the most authentic Bistrot. Will definitely stay here again should I return to Toulouse!

We were looking for accommodation with some basic cooking facilities and the room was very fit for our stay (over 1 week). Friendly and energetic staff, a fresh feeling of a new building and a good location. A nice and original non-chain grocery shop on way to the closest junction for a snack, drinks, fruit or even a bigger meal, I definitely recommend.

great property about 10 minutes walk from the basilica of S. Sernin and the center of Toulouse. Quiet area with a nearby convenience store and a pastry shop where you can find something to buy. The residence is new in the rooms and furnishings. Great cleanliness and organization. The rooms are quite large with a bathroom with a large shower. Excellent kitchenette at the entrance equipped with fridge, electric hob and microwave with dishes and cleaning kit. Large double bed with LED TV and sitting area. The price is around 60 euros per night, excellent I would say for the quality of the service. Breakfast is a little expensive for Italians, better to buy at the shop on the corner you will have breakfast for 2 euros instead of 16 - Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport for free but only at certain times. A statue to absolutely recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and it was perfect. Great value for money as there were 3 of us so we had connecting rooms. The bed was big and comfortable, the room also had everything you needed.
The hotel offered free shuttle to the airport which was a bonus. We left our luggage in the storage room which was helpful when having an evening flight.
There was a metro around 10 minutes walk from the hotel which took you into the town centre but was also good to take a walk as you were able to see the Japanese gardens. I cannot comment on the breakfast as it seemed overpriced so we just went to the bakery at the top of the street which was lovely.
Only downfall was the location was not in the nicest areas of Toulouse so be careful walking around at night, we were never bothered but lots of homeless people and some run down buildings not too much to put me off returning.
