Detailed Reviews
I reserved a room at this hotel because I was participating in a conference at the Mirail university campus, which is a 10 minute walk away. From this point of view, it was a good choice. It is also a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. But the hotel, like the campus itself, is not in a nice area. There are no shops or cafes in easy walking distance, and those that are in the areas are in areas that are not comfortable to walk around in. So every time that I wanted to go into town, I had to take the metro - which was fine, except that during the last two days of my stay, the metro was not working!
The hotel itself is small, the rooms are simple but nice. The AC stopped working during my stay, and it took several hours until a technician arrive. Breakfast was very good, except, as in many places in Europe, no vegetables. The hotel restaurant also offers drinks, coffee and dinner. In general, The staff was very helpful, but with limited resources. For example, the rooms do not have mini-bars, but when I asked to put food in the kitchen refrigerator, they did so with no problem. I asked in advance for a kettle in my room and indeed it was there (and i was charged extra for it). When others asked for kettles, they were given them, but they were taken away the next day!
In summary, nice, small, limited, friendly staff, not a great neighborhood.

This is one of the better Ibis. Nice staff, decent car park. And more importantly about a five minute walk and the Metro will will take you into central Toulouse in around 10 minutes for 1eu60.
Access is a little difficult but the Satnav brought us to the door. Decor is looking a little tired now (for example around the lift) and it could do with a refurb. Rooms OK. Breakfast the usual Ibis fare delivered in a nice light airey dining room with tables outside. Usual Ibis breakfast (continental plus crepes) delivered by pleasant friendly staff. Car park has large security gates which were closed one night and left open the next (couldn't quite work out why).
The walk to the Metro station - turn left out of the hotel gates and walk along to the roundabout - cross the roundabout and follow the signs. Other reviewers have spoke of feeling threatened doing this walk but we thought it was OK (in daylight). Metro machines can be set to work in English and take credit cards for over 2eu. A day ticket costs around 5eu. There's a large Carrefour with shopping centre at the far end of the line. Plenty of eateries in central Toulouse but nothing around the hotel (the hotel has a restaurant, of course).
So this is one we would return to. It's an ideal base for visiting Toulouse (which is a city well worth a visit).

The bathroom door doesn't close at all, and there were only 2 two towels for both of us, one towel for each, like in very low prophile hotels, the same towel to wash the face and also the feet. Unbelievable. Air conditioned works well and so does wifi.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights mid of May as member of a German travel group to visit Airbus, a flight museum and the city of Toulouse, so I don't know anything about prices... In the morning of our arrival day I gave them a call requiring some room features, all of them were met/arranged for when we arrived - perfect! At arrival close to midnight check-in for more than 30 people was very smooth and quick. The room is a little narrow, but offers all features necessary, everything was in order, very clean and working properly, this refers to the bathroom as well. The breakfast offered didn't miss anything by my point of view, the lounge/bar area is a nice place to finish exiting days... The hotel is located close to a metro station, easy to arrive from the center of the city within about 15 min ride and some minutes walking time.

it is a small place somehow close to the airport bur far enough from everything. If you travel wothout a car you have nowhere to get a glass of watter or food from except the tiny restaurant. The staff is great, very helpfull but the restaurant and the hotel does not worth the money! Wifi is OK, USB power outlet near the bed is a plus!

Dear guest, Thank you for the review even though we wished your experience had been better. We do appreciate that you enjoyed the professionalism and helpfulness of our staff. Indeed the area surrounding us feels empty, but we are 10 minutes away from the enter of the city for subway users. All our rooms have undergone renovations and we are now glad to welcome our guests for a fresh stay in the city of Toulouse. Feel free to tell our staff for any matter that could feel wrong, they are able to find solutions to make your stay even better! Best regards, Julien, reception

I booked a single room for a business trip. Staff was very kind and hotel was very close to the airport and to my business destination. Room cleaned, breakfast very good, right fee for the service provided.
It'a possible to leave car at hotel and UAE underground (5 min walking) to move to Toulouse center.

Stayed her for one night. Everything to the high standard I’ve come to expect from Ibis.
I missed the turning for this hotel, which resulted in a 45 min drive (sit) in rush hour traffic. I had the same problem in the morning.
Nice hotel, but Toulouse is a traffic nightmare. If you are just traveling through France, I’d give it a wide berth.

Dear Marty686, Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about your stay in our resort. The ring road surrounding the hotel is a bit tricky with the huge rond-point being close to us. Well, this applies for the first time one reaches the hotel. Afterwards you just notice we are close to "La Rocade" which is the best access to go through Toulouse while dodging most of the traffic, plus our parking is free. We will welcome you with pleasure if you get the opportunity to come again in a now known area. Best regards, Julien, guest relation

The front desk staff were very helpful and the internet worked well. Room had a good work desk and the bar/restaurant was more than adequate (except on Sunday when all was pretty much closed down). Walking to the University each morning and back at night was an easy 10 minutes but crossing one busy highway took a bit of care.

We were tired and needed a place to spend the night on the way to Spain. It was late and we had no internet. Found the hotel by chance, but we know the IBIS brand and like it. The hotel was a welcome place to stay, clean, bright, very helpful staff at very reasonable price. The small restaurant is open late and we had a nice light meal. Room was very clean, and the internet worked well. We really like the breakfast buffet and it was good. The hotel is located near a Metro stop, so we made a trip to the center of town with little effort. We left feeling rested and relaxed. Would return again.

The reason for booking this hotel is was it is near to Toulouse University and my granddaughter was registering. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and the University and Metro are only a 10 minute walk away.
On the downside there are no restaurants close to the hotel and so the first night we chose to use the hotel restaurant. There was only a choice of cassoulet or crock Monsieur ( toasted cheese sandwich).
The cassoulet was over cooked and probably the worst one I've ever had. The Crock Monsieur was only two slices of bread, a poor attempt at a salad and cost around 11 euros. Needless to say the second and last night we ate in Toulouse.
