Detailed Reviews
It was a roll of the dice - any mid-priced hotel in central Toulouse would do. Could not have been happier with this choice. The location is perfect: easy seven minute walk from the main train station (Matabieu), and even shorter walks to Marche Victor Hugo, the Capitole, and many other attractions. If where you want to go is further afield, there are city bike rentals (which we took advantage of), a metro stop, and a bus station all practically across the street. And BONUS! the airport shuttle stop is on the corner. Used that at 6:18 this morning!
Our room was larger than many I’ve experienced in France, spotlessly clean, and because it was located at the back of the building, dead quiet.
The front desk staff spoke excellent English, especially Jennifer and Lotfi. And Tess was helpful too.
All that for 75€. We liked it so much, we stayed a third night.

Correct hotel in front of a bus station, 10 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the city hall. Good location, but not exactly nice view from the window. Kind service. Mostly comfortable room, experience hindered by the high degree of difficulty of setting the temperature of the shower water out of the scalding/freezing dicothomy

+1
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Clean bathroom but has a bad smell. The bathroom mirror has normally a light on it but it was broken so I complained to the receptionist if they can fix it but during my 2 nights stay it wasn’t repaired, it’s difficult to put on my makeup in a dim light. I stayed in room 116 in the ground floor. My friends stayed in 118 they have no issue at all .It was very quiet. The hotel is centrally located near the train station and city center. Many Restaurants nearby. We can highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Toulouse its value for money and central location.

Dear client, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel ! We are glad you were able to make the most out of the location and that the stay with your friends was pleasant. As it turns out, we needed to order a new piece for the mirror in room 16, so that is why we were not able to repair it immediatly. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you also for recommanding us : we do appreciate when our guests like our service, even when they experienced inconveniences. We would love to have you again should you come another time, Kindly, Margaux

Are you looking for a hotel with a good reception and close to everything? Don't hesitate! The value for money is the ...Beyond the welcome and attention of the staff. We did everything on foot ... downtown restaurant, bars, cinema. You need to find a car seat at the foot of the cathedral or go to the city car park 5 minutes

strange really it was clean the bed linen was clean , the breakfast good but i had the feeling that they would not have to spend a massive amount of money to make a difference! old paint cracked, although clean the toilet and bathroom was old and tired , the grouting cracked on the tiles, render in a bad way. that said i would stay here again.

Dear Tony, We appreciate you taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry if the room was not to your standards, but we do make small renovations throughout the year and try to maintain this historical building in the best shape possible. In that sense, we also pick our products very carefully, may it be for breakfast, cleaning or other in a responsible way by encouraging our customers to consume better. We would love to have you again, as you seem to have had an overall very good experience with us ! Kindly, Margaux

Semi-central location. Large rooms but to be reviewed as equipment (shower without shower tray). Semi-central location. They gave us the room 2 hours later than the scheduled check-in time. Paid parking is available in the same square as the property.

Very well located hotel, restaurants and bars, galleries and boutiques nearby
The reception and attention of the staff is very good, the rooms spacious and simple. Breakfast is very basic, no cheese or shortening, very little fruit, no variety of breads for toast

Hotel very well located, in the center, in front of the Joane D’Arc bus terminal, within walking distance to the basilica and the Capitol, as well as all points in the center. Old building, but the rooms are modernized and comfortable. Breakfast is good, could have a little more options but it's worth the price. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Typically a 3* hotel that deserves 2.
Perfect for those who love old carpets....
Strong points: the position close to the station, city center and transport. Calm: despite the central position, the rooms are quiet.
Weak points: It's old-fashioned. Decor, equipment in the rooms, bathrooms without ventilation so humid room.
Breakfast. is however correct.
