I continue to be so impressed by the charm of this hotel, by the warm welcome, by the beauty of the rooms and the very bright colors. The magnificent location next to the Brienne canal. Going for a walk around is so beautiful and so relaxing.
The breakfast is dreamy, delicious, varied and fresh.
There are so many useful things like an automatic phone charger at reception, a desk in the room where you can read, work or simply rest and recharge your batteries.
I highly recommend this hotel, book it again, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you to the management and the entire team for your welcome and for leaving such strong memories in my heart💐😘

Very good hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast delicious. Good and convenient evening meals when you don't feel like going back to the city. The staff especially female is really very professional, helpful, very attentive with our son and Good Trip Tip.
Really satisfied. Pension really suitable for young children.

This hotel is a 20-25 walk from the lively centre of Toulouse. The check-in was most cordial by friendly lady. Room was very tight so it was a bit of a puzzle with our luggage. The garage is a challenge. Tightly sized places between concrete columns.
Price/quality is good.

I give it a poor rating because the size of the tiny room, fitting two people with big suitcases was not fun. This is the smallest we have been in, ever. How they fit a bathroom in the corner is amazing with a half sink and barely a shower. However, it was clean. Breakfast was good and we had an included dinner with our tour, it was ok. The bar area is small but we were able to watch the Euro game. Right across the street from the canal that you can walk along into the old town, but it's further than you think.

Ibis Toulouse Ponts Jumeaux is one of the best Ibis I've ever stayed. My room was spacious(although I am not sure that all rooms have a same size), very clean, there was a nice proper desk and a good shower(with illumination), a confortable bed + the reasonable price. When I need to come this area I will definitely choose this hotel again.

👍 The room and service all perfect. We had advised that we arrived before check-in hours and were given room as soon as we arrived. Nothing to complain about. All very comfortable.

👎While it is not far from the center, you can tell that it is further away, it is 25 min walking to any side.
About hotel amenities nothing negative.

Excellent rooms, very nice. A positioning of the charming hotel between Canal du Midi and Canal de Brienne. The scenery is worthy of a romantic film. The dream breakfast, the restaurant offers delicious dishes. Valentine thank you very much for your welcome and your professionalism💐

Very average and very expensive. The hotel could do with a bit of freshening up. A very average evening meal too. Very cramped parking spaces where access and the size of the spaces deserve to be reviewed. Too bad because the hotel is well located and the staff are welcoming.

Myself and my wife were visiting our daughter who is studying in Toulouse as an International student. We were greeting very warmly by Elena and quickly checked in. Elena was very helpful with advice throughout our stay with local maps and advice on the local bus service. This runs a few minutes walk from the hotel to the city centre and is very efficient and takes about 15 minutes. The hotel is of a good standard, the room we had (222) was very clean, warm and very comfortable, the shower and toilet room was very clean and the water temperature and pressure good. We faced the front of the hotel but it was very quiet. The hotel in is a residential area with some local shops nearby. Room service was very efficient too. We did not eat at the hotel but had coffee there which was very good and served with prompt service. A very good stay.
