This hotel is in a great location - right in the centre of Toulouse and walking distance to all the sights, shops and the Garonne. The hotel room was very comfortable and well equipped. Reception staff were very helpful when I asked if it was possible to move to a quieter room as the first night was very noisy (by the road) and I was staying for several nights. I was immediately moved to a room overlooking the atrium, which was very quiet. A great stay.

The hotel is centrally located just off the Jardin Pierre Goudouli which in convenient to the Jean Jaures metro stop and also the Aero Bus Stop. Le Capitole is less than a few minutes stroll away as are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Aero bus was 8euro or an Uber was 22euro.
The hotel is very attractive from the outside and indeed this continues to the plush furnishings of the lobby and reception area. The is a quaint bar area to convene in but is staffed by reception. The welcome was pleasant and efficient. Time was taken to explain the surrounding area with a map provided. However wrong information was presented regarding complimentary breakfast on the weekend days due to my status, which the person at check out did not agree with.
The room was a privilege room which comes with it a certain expectation and standard. The room was well sized with a comfortable bed and range of pillows to suit your needed. There was a functional chair and desk along with a complimentary mini bar and Nespresso machine. Robe and slippers were also provided. The furnishings were acceptable but on the verge of showing wear and tear with a musty smell which filled the room. The window of the room was small and disproportionate stuck in the corner of the room with a view to a fire escape and internal residential courtyard. The open WiFi was of good strength with an average of 40mbs.
The bathroom was disappointing regarding its age, toilet flush and over bath shower.
The breakfast was a very pleasant affair in the 1st floor breakfast room. It was tastefully decorated and had a pleasing array of food from hot offerings to continental. It was well staffed and stocked.
Overall this is a pleasant hotel at a good price point, but missing the little elements of refinement one might expect from a 4 star Mercure.

This hotel is on a side street near one of the main thoroughfares in Toulouse. I arrive after midnight and was warmly greeted by staff. The rooms are small by American standards, but comfortable with modern decor. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals, and yogurt as well as warm dishes like eggs and sausage. The Wifi in my room was reasonably fast and easy to connect. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

I had booked this a good while back and had planned a long weekend with my partner, a few days before my partner got covid, I asked the hotel if they would consider refunding as we couldn't travel, then the day before we should of travelled the French Government changed rules about entering the country, the hotel refused refund, I then asked if we could change dates to when we could travel, again they said No.
In these times you'd expect a place that need customers to be a little understanding. At least next time I can travel I won't be using this hotel chain

We had a nice double room however the pillows weren’t the best at all.
The bed itself I thought was very comfortable.
I loved the shower.

The location is in a very good location, right in the city centre, close to Capitole Square. The airport shuttle stops at the subway station just a couple of 100 metres away from the hotel. When we first saw the hotel we were a bit scared, fearing noice from the many bars and restaurants, but the sound proofing was excellent and we heard nothing of it. Rather small rooms, French average, but comfortable beds and you have everything you need - we even had a balcony. Great breakfast with some interesting local products accompanying the traditional buffet items.

Accustomed, for more than 20 years, to staying at the Mercure Wilson during my visits to Toulouse, I had reserved, with complete confidence, two months in advance, a room for two nights. This stay went badly. Although having completed the "fast check out" form the day before and having received a good reception email, I was surprised to be greeted freshly by a person who told me that no room was available. 'had been booked in my name and she couldn't offer me a room. I had to insist and present her with the email acknowledging receipt of my "fast check out" for her to find my reservation... which had only been recorded with the last three letters of my name. These ten wasted minutes could certainly have been quickly forgotten if the rest of the stay had gone normally. Unfortunately, this was not the case; In fact, we noticed that the toilet did not flush. No need to dwell on the consequences... We reported this difficulty the next morning to the person at reception and asked them to remedy it. This did not seem to move him much and, returning to our room in the evening, we found that nothing had been done. Hence a second night in the same conditions (evacuation of the toilet using the trash can as a water container and pouring it into the bowl). Such a situation is unacceptable in a hotel.

Great hotel for visiting Toulouse. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is within 5 minutes walk of the Metro enabling easy connections throughout Toulouse and beyond. Also have their own underground car park. Capitole and the river to name two examples are 5 and 15 minutes walk away. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, variety of pillows, windows that open, large TV, good free Wi-Fi (no device limit or registration required). Breakfast lovely, with a good range of opening hours and a wide variety of hot and cold items. Would definitely recommend to all visitors and would happily stay again when in Toulouse.

Excellent hotel in Toulouse, I enjoyed our stay very much.. however in the morning my husband took too long to take his shower, so I decided to go and eat breakfast without him. For a change I was welcomed by a lovely waiter, who showed me how to squeeze some fresh oranges, and where the breakfast sausages were. I was very impressed by the selection of dairy products, even though I am dairy intolerant. Huge variety of seeds and nuts, including dried fruit. To be honest, I wish I had brought my budgie, he would have devoured all the seeds.. Why don’t more hotels cater for birds? After an hour my husband decided to join me. He ate his second, all butter croissant with local confiture in silence.

The easiest, fastest and cheapest way is to take the Tisséo airport shuttle, which costs € 8 each way.
