Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
First time in Toulouse but had read the positive reviews of Pullman hotel so decided to take a chance.
It was definitely worth it. From check in to check out, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke perfect English which helped a great deal. The room was spacious, clean and with the lovely city view was very quiet. Housing keeping even called to make sure I didn't change my mind about cleaning my room (had the do not disturb sign on my door for the whole stay). The hotel is the perfect walking distance from Toulouse center where there's a variety of restaurants and great shops.
The only slight negative was dinner at the SW restaurant. Maybe it was because I was dining alone and it was a rather busy evening or because I was sat in an awkward corner in the restaurant, but it took a long while for my food order and bill to arrive - drinks arrived in a flash though. The food however was worth the wait, although I was starving at that point.
Aside from that, I will not hesitate to stay at the Pullman again. Infact might be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Toulouse.

We have just stayed there as a family and really enjoyed our stay there. The suite is very spacious and can be separated into two bedrooms what we always appreciate travelling with children. Due to Covid-19 there had been some changes in the decoration and the amenities in the rooms, but on inquiry we got everything we needed.
The bed was incredibly comfortable! We slept very well. :)
The breakfast was good, but there were not many choices. We know, the French do not eat as much for breakfast as others, but still, we had hoped for more.
All staff members were very friendly and polite!

We booked this hotel for a family break having carried out a lot of research on star rating, location and previous guest reviews. The rooms are clean, and of a good size (we had a double room on the 7th floor). Air con worked a treat which was soooh needed as Toulouse was sweltering during the day and evening. Bathroom was modern and clean and the room had a safe, fridge and coffee maker. We ate breakfast the first day here which was quite expensive at £25 pp but it was fab with such a lovely selection of food and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A 10 minute walk from the main squares but not a problem at all. Would I stay here again? Definitely a yes.

I'm afraid, this hotel is the worst I have stayed in , during my years staying in Pullman hotels. We had a pleasant room and it was ok , but not in my opinion was the room, staff or hotel generally 5 star , at best 3. They took 4 breakfast charges totalling 80 euros without my knowledge and so far have refused to answer my emails. Despite being a loyal accor member for many years this is the first time I have have any problems. I await their complaints department to respond.

....literally. The first room we were offered smelled terrible-like moldy clothes. When we complained, the management sent someone up to check. The woman they sent said she couldn’t smell anything but they moved us to another room anyway, which was only slightly better. Not sure if the smell is coming from the carpets or the furniture but it is foul. Unlike most 5 star hotels, there is no minibar in the room, just an empty refrigerator.

We stayed at this fabulous hotel on our drive down to our house in Spain, with our dog. It’s a great hotel, in a central position. We loved the valet parking as parking in this city can be difficult, particularly if you are in the main square. We have encountered this before, however there is a public car park directly in front of the hotel also. The bar was lovely and room service really good. Our room was really comfortable and they even provided our dog with a bed and water bowl. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel Fantastic reception team - super friendly and wanted to help and ready to offer recommendations for the area. Very clean and modern reception space.
Our suite was very spacious, modern and clean and met/exceeded my expectations.
Location - quieter area but quite close to the main squares for dining and shopping
For anyone trying to park there, you can stop at the front to drop off/fetch your luggage. Ask the reception team to park your car as they will go park it for you and can set your ev up to charge for free overnight. Win win. If you don’t have an ev, the public car park price vs the hotel was not too different.
Staying at this hotel definitely helped make our time in Toulouse very pleasant.

My partner and I have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay here. First impressions were wonderful, with an interesting and spotless lobby. The receptionist that greeted us (I’m so sorry that I can remember her name) was lovely, she showed a genuine interest in our stay.
As it was my partner’s birthday, I had mentioned it in the booking notes, the team put balloons and chocolate in the room- which was ready early too.
The room was spacious and well appointed, everything one could need for a few nights in this beautiful city. I would note that the air conditioning isn’t particularly powerful, which wasn’t an issue for our stay; but could be in summer.
Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of variety and really good quality too. Every member of the team we came into contact with greeted us with a smile and we’re so helpful.
Access to the hotel is easy, from the airport the express shuttle takes you to a stop around 5 minutes walk from the hotel door. Uber prices were around €30 each way.
A little further up the road is the main train station (around 5-10 minutes walking) and in the opposite direction (5-10 minutes) is the city centre, with many shops and restaurants close by.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning ourselves.

Well located, friendly and helpful staff but this is far from being a 5 star hotel. Room given was in serious need of maintenance.
Holes in dry wall, mould in shower, falling paint, stains on carpet… Room service was also poor with food taking more than an hour to be delivered especially when told it’d take 20 minutes.
Hotel lobby was never cleaned and leaves (and occasional cigarette butt) almost made it inside.
Constantly had to remind Vallet to get the car when it had been asked to be brought up at a certain time.
This hotel is inadequate if you are children (food, amenities, etc)
Would not return. Better hotels for much less.

Hotel kindly upgraded our room- warm and friendly welcome from the lady at front desk.
Room was super comfortable and spacious and I especially liked the bathroom layout and shower. Also, the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in the hotel.
Room was very clean but the air con didn’t work satisfactorily, as others have mentioned, resulting in the room smelling a bit damp on occasion.
Had I been spending more time in the room and been staying longer, I would have raised it with the front desk. Unfortunately the windows also did not open meaning the room was at times, quite hot, even at the end of October.
This is the main reason I didn’t give *5.
Location is excellent to explore Toulouse and the effort made in terms of Halloween decorations was fantastic.

There is a shuttle bus we used on the way back to the airport. The bus station is only over the road from the hotel. We had a taxi from the airport to the hotel but it was very expensive! Go for the shuttle.
