It's an excellent hotel if you are looking for a budget trip to Toulouse.
The location is perfect - if you are walking 5 minutes straight you will reach the famous Toulouse bridge - Pont Neuf. The hotel is also between two underground stations and easily reachable by tram(T2) from the airport.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, they also speak English well. The lobby was really cosy and stylish.
The rooms were ok. The bed was comfortable. The only disadvantage is that they clean the rooms once per week, but that's fine for short stays.
Toulouse is a nice city - and that's a good option to stay in Toulouse!

I chose this hotel on location and price, and I got what I paid for. It's in between two metro stations and there's a convenient bus route (14) directly outside. A small supermarket is at each metro station, and the studio had everything we might have needed for making our own breakfasts and light meals. The shower was fine and the air con mostly worked.

The bed, however, was like sleeping on a board with a thin layer of foam. I prefer a firm bed, but this was too hard – to the point that I sometimes woke up sore if I was in one position for too long. I honestly thought that a mattress topper (like at Ibis) was missing. Be warned.

I'm giving this hotel three stars because it's an Adagio Access hotel and for that class of hotel I'm assuming it's average. However, it's somewhat on the lower edge of my comfort zone to be honest. Nothing was blatantly wrong, but nothing was extraordinary clean or nice either. Sticky areas around the light switch in the kitchen and weird stains on the carpet don't make me feel especially welcome or happy.

Then again, it was quiet, I managed to put my car in the garage (which was, I have to admit a bit challenging given the size of the areas in the garage) and the breakfast was, well, probably not poisonous (though the green cake certainly looked the part).

Next time I'm in Toulouse, I think I'm going to find some other place though :)

(Oh, but it was cheap!)

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver the best guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Just to reassure you, concerning the "green" cake it is made with rucola salad and beans :) Sincerely, Bruno PACHECO Directeur - General Manager

The only positive I can find with this place is the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is not the best - a run down area about 20-30 mins walk from the old town.

The towels had holes in them. The sheets were clean but the pillows were lumpy (and only one provided per person) and the mattress was thin. The bed was a double bed but the bed head and side tables built for a queen size. Carpet thin and sticky. Wall trims falling off. No floor safe, broken sink plug. Window could open but no way to keep it open so no fresh air possible. Air conditioning did work which was a blessing.

The stench in the room from the drains was overpowering- alleviated to some extent by a jug of boiling water and a squirt of dishwashing liquid in each drain.

The breakfast was basically continental but the coffee undrinkable.

There was a small fridge in the room with some basic equipment but no tea or coffee or milk provided.

One washing machine, dryer and iron for the entire hotel (located in the basement).

One lift with queues at check out and check in.
Overall a very tired hotel in a poor location.

During weekends reception area is unattended between 12noon-2pm so make sure you check in either before or after this time.

Pros - secure underground parking, a kitchenette, proximity to Metro station and next to a market and supermarket.

Cons - the hallway, bathroom & bedroom had strong cigarette smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to minimise the smell getting in the bedroom. We opened the window to let fresh air in but the noise from the street was very loud. Surprisingly we did not hear any outside noise once the window was shut. We stayed in one of the old rooms. The bedroom & bathroom very old. Carpet was rather tired looking.

The room rate was reasonable but you got what you paid for. Staff were fine.

I saw the decent reviews and gave it a shot but the rooms are extremely small and definitely not very clean windows not shut all the way so I heard was car noise all night there were stains all over the bathroom and lots of unfinished trimmings. Feels more like a love hotel then a place for travel. They wouldn’t let me cancel so I had to stay one night and then I went to another hotel the rest of my week. Stay away.

The Adagio Access in Saint-Cyprien (Toulouse) is a very good solution for those who don't want to stay right in the city centre (usually more expensive) hotels, yet stay in a location that is walking distance to the centre. THis hotel is located in a very nice and colourful neighborhood, on the east side of the Garonne (the Gascogne side). It's 20 minutes walking to the old city where most of the restaurants are located. All rooms are quite basic but very clean, and they have also a kitchenette so you can cook your own meals if you want (a very good covered market is nearby). I definitely recommend it.

Having read other reviews we were apprehensive but were left wondering about the accuracy of those reviews. The hotel is situated on a road that is 4 lanes wide with a service road in addition on each side. There is plenty of traffic and at no time as pedestrians did we feel in any danger. The rooms were clean and the facilities good for a budget hotel with first rate secure parking. The rate does not include room cleaning although you can pay extra if you are presumably unable to make your own bed.The reception staff were friendly and helpful quckly providing a replacement connector for the free wi-fi. The centre of Toulouse is a straightforward totally safe20 minute walk.

Because my daughter lives nearby, we chose to be as close as possible, and up came this option...for a 5 day stay. In 5 nights we didn't sleep a wink! Worse than dreadful, this experience turned into a nightmare!
Small room, minimally equipped, the strict, strict adherence to human requirements, with the noisiest Aircon we've ever heard. For reasons we still don't understand, we had the impression we were in a microwave oven! A horrible sensation that might have something to do with their Linky installation....your while body feels this strange electric irritation. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options!

The hotel was well placed between the Metro and family we were visiting (both in opposite directions). The rooms were basic and in need of some modernisation/painting. A couple of the light bulbs needed replacing as did the floor covering which was filthy. Grubby curtains and chipped woodwork throughout the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen area was clean and tidy. On the plus side the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fine.
