No noise, free parking in front of the hotel... Very good address in Toulouse.
Good value for money.
Very good breakfast with lots of choice.
As before this is a way from the city which meant quite a walk in 29 degree heat. Having asked for directions we were indebted to Mrs D's command of Google Maps or we'd never have made it. Left, left then straight on. Really??
On our return we tried to operate the air-con with no success. A trip to reception revealed the hotel turn the air-con off when it is considered unnecessary. 29 degrees?? I think the customer should decide when it's needed. Not much sleep to be had.
Cheap rates? Cheapskates.
We were charged for the same room twice. We booked a room in advance, on our way to Toulouse, on Oct 31 and the hotel then charged a deposit of 102 Euro to our credit card.
At arrival Oct 31 we were charged 103,65 Euro for the same room to the same card. We discovered that a double payment had been made almost at once, and consulted the man in the reception. He answered that it was standard procedure to reserve the whole amount as deposit and that it would be refunded within a few days. We asked again when we checked out the next day and was treated with disrespect when the same man rudely said that he already had answered our question.
We realise that the 102 Euro deposit they charged us with when we booked the room is stolen and all we have to say is shame on you! Honte à vous tous!
Therefore it is not at all user friendly.
For one night nothing wrong, but it is not an establishment to stay very long.
I recommend this property if you are visiting.
