It's definitely not the best place I have been. The rooms were very noisy (street) and the cleaning was very light. In 12 weeks, trash bins have never been emptied and the floor has never been cleaned. The good things, they have a nice and warm swimming pool and the location is very close from Airbus.

Checkin was easy and the rooms were clean, and the pictures are as described. However, unless you're here for work or as a stopover, there's no reason to stay here. The hotel itself is in an industrial area, and across a highway from the airport. The town centre is over 40 minutes away by car with no public transport nearby.

This hotel is just generally grubby and a bit depressing. A bit like a bad travel lodge. There are 2 under the same brand within 5metre of each other so perhaps the other one is slightly better but I don't think I'll be taking the risk.

Travelled by car from Benidorm and the journey was delayed by several hours. When we arrived at the hotel we were locked out and despite calling the emergency numbers for an access code we could not get a response. Left in Toulouse with small children late at night. I had to frantically search on the internet to find an alternative. The hotel owner at Nemea has refused to refund my booking saying it was a 'no-show'. What a disreputable hotel. Disgusted at being out of pocket like this. Avoid at all costs!!!

If you want to feel like staying in The block of a slum, then this is the place. There’s no control at all of the guests, as soon as the reception closes. The room stank of tobacco to the point to make you feel sick. Option offered: another room with air conditioning inop. Continuous noise, even from people (apparently guests) with the stereos of their cars playing music aloud at the main entrance of the building (thus, underneath the windows of the rooms). Bags with all kind of garbage (also organic) leaning on the wall for several hours. Cheap, thin and uncomfortable foam mattress I moved to another hotel, eventually, since I needed to have rest in order to attend my work every morning.

We are particularly sorry that you could not find rest in our Apart Hotel, especially due to noise pollution. We want our guests to enjoy a moment of peace and relaxation in our establishment. That is why we will make sure to be more vigilant in this respect. Due to the new measures introduced by the government, the reception has reduced opening hours. However, staff are available at least once a day, 7 days a week. Do not hesitate to ask us if you need anything. This serviced apartment was conveniently located next to the Gare de Toulouse Matabiau. Pros: Good spacious room with modern fit out. Large bathroom with shower in a small spa bath. Good views and quiet from level 9. There is a small convenient store downstairs. Cons: Area felt a little bit dodger at night, there is a reason that they lock the external doors which needs a hotel swipe card to open. Not many good restaurants in a small walking distance. Rooms were not cleaned daily, there were signs asking guest to bring their rubbish down to the car park level which was odd.

The bed was comfortable, the show was good and the kitchen was up to the job of storing and preparing simple food. The staff were great and the parking was secure. Some of the kitchen utensils could have been a bit cleaner but that’s a small quibble.
It’s an easy drive from the apartments to the main part of Toulouse, which is a terrific city to visit, if you enjoy the food, sights and sounds of southern France. We actually flew in from Carcassonne but I imagine if you’re using Toulouse airport, it would be exceptionally convenient for you. The shared launderette is available 24/7 and is coin-operated, and there are vending machines in the corridors selling hot drinks and snacks.
These Nemea apartments are well thought out and provided for a very pleasant stay.

We had a very nice stay. Fresh room, large and very modern. Friendly and cute staff and they speak good english. Parking was next-door in a garage with easy access from the hotel. Would gladly go there again <3

Spacious room, with a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Great wi-fi found all over the hotel, even in the pool area. Good sized sauna, cardio machines in the fitness room if you want a quick work out and a decent sized pool. I'd recommend trying to get an Uber cab from the airport to the hotel as the taxi driver charged €20 for a 2km drive, or maybe settling for a price before hand. 10 minute walk from a small town nearby where you'll find a small supermarket, and one or two restaurants/bars. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is a scrupulously clean hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great; spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the hotel is quiet, so you should get a good nights sleep. The pool and sauna are clean and the gym is compact but full of good quality equipment. We didn't eat breakfast, but the dining room was busy as we left in the morning, so I presume it was good.There is a supermarket a 20 minute walk away. The only two things that let this hotel down are its location, which, whilst being close to the airport, is impossible to get to on foot and buses don't run to the hotel from the airport, so you have to get a cab, which cost us 20 euros for a six minute trip. The other down point is the stairwell, which looks like it is an unfinished project and is poorly lit. Don't let this put you off though, as this was a very good place to stop off for a night or two.
