The room was very basic for an appartment room. There was no kettle or toaster, just an electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee percolator and the usual cutlery. Everything else is an extra, such as change of sheets , towels etc, unless you your stay is longer than 5 days.

The unit we have is large. The bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. There is a big living room with a sofa and the kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom is comparable to a 5-star hotel. There is a complimentary bottle of water for each guest. Wifi connection is great. Close to supermarkets. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

We liked this accomodation. It was value for money. We have paid like 50€ for only one night. The room was great, bed was comfy and bathroom quite big. It was very clean. The Ac was working well. There was also a small kitchenette which was very convenient for us. Bottles of water were free. The location was perfect as it was only in front of the bus and train station. The city center is only 15 minutes walk away. A recommended accomodation.

If you are using the rail or bus station, the location is very good, right opposite. And the room is large, and quiet for the location, with the kitchenette and fridge very handy (though a kettle would be good), with a Lidl very close. We found it clean, reasonable bathroom and shower, with plenty of sockets, and air con that worked. Downsides were that the bed wasn't the most comfortable, the fridge was noisy, and air con blew draught towards the bed. Don't think there was a safe. And though well located for the station, it is less convenient for the old town centre, which though small is pretty nice, and the road to the town centre is rather run down with empty properties, drug addicts etc - in particular if walking you might prefer to go directly under the platforms rather than via the more public underpass road, which has quite a few aggressive street people. Staff were pleasant enough but not very knowledgeable (eg about the special bus to the centre, or how much a taxi was to the airport) and had no town maps.

Good hotel with a lot of conveniences but with a few catches ! Simple breakfast, Directly opposite the main train station, professional approach ! The flip side is everything else costs you money, need new towels you must pay ! Need a linen change you must pay, leaving the kitchen without cleaning you must pay !, their whole book on what you need to pay for extra is intimidating to an extent of irritation and not comfort.

Good morning, we thank you for taking time to share your impressions following your stay at Appart'city Perpignan. We are happy to read that you spent a good stay in Perpignan. But we regret to see that you feel disappointed about our rate Policy. Indeed, we have attractive rates including fully equiped apartment with linen and kitchen. Every service is in extra so that you only pay for what you used and you choose your own "custom-made stay". We hope to welcome you again in our residence in the future. Best regards.
