Very close to the centre and behind other buildings so very quiet with double windows so no noise at all The blackout curtains meqnt the room was dark, so we slept well Breakfast was included so useful start to the day Room was very clean and in good condition onlynthe door on entry to the roomstuck I reported this to the staff so hopefully it will get fixed Car park at the rear a godsend as it was a oot cheaper than the nearby public carpark if a bit ackward to drive into The staff were wonderful and very helpful and willing to give extra towels etc when required

Positives: Friendly staff, secure parking (11Euro), comfy bed, good shower. Very central but not noisy. Great for a stop over with a chance to explore the ancient city. fresh/quirky decor. Ordered breakfast night before (see below) and the collected tray from reception in morning and could eat outside/in room. Had to wear mask in communal areas, as did staff. limits on number of people in lift etc. Negatives: restaurant (and maybe rooms) under renovations - not too noisy but a bit messy entrance. Breakfast wasn't great - given huge long list of things to choose from the night before - croissants/pain au chocolat, tea/coffee/chocolate, fresh fruits, yoghurts, bread with jam/honey/nutella, - but only half of it was available in the morning. Would have liked a second towel for my hair, especially as the towels were pretty small - I didn't remember to ask at reception.

Perfect location if going to watch your rugby team against Catalan Dragons! Bus stop is a few minutes walk and takes you right to the Stade Gilbert. The hotel is your standard ibis! Few downsides were that the walls were paper thin and could hear everything/banging and The air con didn’t seem to want to work but was not unbearable as we stayed at a colder time of the year! Would recommend the Italian across the road (Le Napoli)!! Rooms had en suite with bath, a little outdated decor but clean and comfortable!

No negatives EXCEPT seems the staff are failing to enforce non fumeur rules. If i can smell tabac from my air vent and in the corridor, surely so can the staff. And deal with the muppet who is breaking the rules and poisoning the rest of us! I was on a one nighter so i left it alone but All else..good...efficient check in, good room, everything fine

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for city centre and attractions, afraid we only stayed one night so didn’t use the facilities much but from the minute we arrived the young lady on reception got our room ready one hour before we should have which allowed us to explore this lovely city.
