Not as close to the motorway as some, but clean and handy with a kitchenette. The supermarket was convenient. The room was hot, and you couldn't have the window open as it did a good job of keeping the road noise out. Sadly the noise came from inside, the resident students were not considerate
We stayed here for one night while traveling from France to Spain. The rooms are mini studio flats with a small kitchenette. The ensure bathroom is quite roomy with a small bathtub. The rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building and some restaurants (McD etc) across the road. Added bonus is free parking in the parking garage below the hostel. It's not fancy or luxurious, but at this price I think it is very good value.
A style of students home hotel in the South of Perpignan centre, ideally if you want to visit places South of Perpignan. Very simple rooms but equipped with all that is needed (except hair dryer), even a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and we had a quiet night. No breakfast offered but a coffee machine on the corridor. No luxury but good value for money. PLUS: There is a big grocery store in the building where you can buy all you need for breakfast!
To be honest, the price is more than reasonable. We paid 175€ for a 5-nights stay. There are kitchenette, microwave, fridge and electric cooking hotplates equipped in the room. Furthermore, the Casino supermarket is adjacent to the hotel. What more can be handier than that? though the location is a bit far from the city centre for guests coming by public transport. The hotel offers us free parking in the basement car park due to our long stay. But it's not free of defect. Due to lack of air-conditioning facility, we have to leave the window ajar in the evening, thus attracting mosquitoes into the room. No chambermaid service, which means you have to clean your own room, though only a broom is provided, no other cleaning products presented. One more thing should be noted, the word Georges is missing from their address. This gives us a hard time to search for the hotel even with the GPS. So the correct address should be Avenue Georges Guynemer instead of just Avenue Guynemer.…
