Stunning views of the mountains from our balcony. The air conditioned apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the appliances and amenities we needed. Breakfast on the terraced garden at the hotel was very good and the staff were professional and friendly. My wife and I loved the pool area, beautiful place to relax. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short by a few days, but would certainly love to return.

We were very please with our room and its view, but discovering we had to walk down four levels to get our "room service" dinner was disappointing. Even more disappointing was the argumentative tone from the man who checked us out when we had a question about the charges. He resolved the question to our satisfaction, but only after making it clear he believed we were wrong to bring it up.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was slightly removed from town, but still a very easy and short walk in to town. Perfect to escape the noise! The property was lovely and well maintained, and I slept very well my entire stay. The pool area was great, with amazing views! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Collioure.

Positives: nice room, good ovation. Negatives: 1) no elevator (4 floor building) and no help with luggage to your room 2) WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom. We were told that we would have to be in the reception if we wanted good signal. Considering that my wife works remotely and needs to be connected for either hours in a row, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had known about the poor WiFi. 3) we had to check out at 10h30 am sharp due to ‘covid protocol’. While I am all for covid protocol, I also think it needs to be coherent. In many countries, hotels leave the room clean and empty for 24 hours before having a new check in. This is because it is widely believed that covid may stay in the surfaces for you to 24hours. In this case, they need an only an extra hour versus normal clowning time, to ‘give one hour between the time when guests leave and the cleaning staff comes in to clean’. This doesn’t make any sense. If it’s to protect the cleaning staff, one hour won’t make it. If it’s to protect the next guests, one hour won’t make it, either. Leaving the room empty for 24 hours would help, but that would make the hotel lose money. So the next best option is to leave a guest unhappy by checking out early with no real impact on covid protection.

Just stayed 4 nights in their apartment, very clean and well organised for COVID 19. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. The underground car park was essential as impossible to park in Collioure. We will definitely come back.
