Lovely break had at this hotel which enjoys an excellent location, less than a ten-minute walk to the historic medieval town. Nice quiet residential area. Our room was functional and quite compact, the bed was very comfy, nice pillows and a view across fields, the old town and pool. The bathroom was a good size, great lighting and well equipped. The air con only went as low as 22 which was a bit too warm for a good sleep. It would be good if the TV had an English news channel (especially in the current Covid-19 situation) The hotel staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff who worked so hard cleaning and keeping order, everyone was patient and helpful The swimming pool was a great asset, it was great to cool down after a hot busy day sightseeing. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful La Cité. All the staff we encountered were really friendly & helpful. Our room was compact but had a very comfortable huge bed. It was also very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his breakfasts, I'm not a breakfast person but the orange juice from the machine was delicious. I would definitely recommend & would certainly return if ever in Carcassone again.

We have just spent 4 nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and service. A special mention for Charles in the restaurant and Jemila at breakfast. The location is ideal for both the Cité and centre. We walked to both a number of times and enjoyed it. The breakfast was varied and the dinner menu had lots of choice and good value. Complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer is a nice touch. In Summer, the outside space with swimming pool is an added attraction. We have 2 small recommendations, one is to provide milk for the complimentary tea and coffee, many people like this and to have a scales available to weigh our suitcase before departing to the airport. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Thank you

A clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with a decent breakfast. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than many others in France The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the walls of la Cite. Not fancy but a good place to sleep and great value.
