My family of 3 spent a few nights in the exclusive suite on the top floor. We loved having the floor to ourselves. The suite was amazing with upscale amenities and a wonderful, long balcony overlooking a charming street with cafes. We loved the separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. My 7 year old loved the secret TV and the fabulous whirlpool bath that had multi-colored lights. It was so nice to have morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy sitting out there at night listening to the nightlife below. The windows are soundproof so it is especially quiet inside the room. Sanjay and the team did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable and the entire staff was helpful. I left an item in the room and they mailed it back to me in the US very quickly. Every night I returned to the room to find a gift waiting for me. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions. It is a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. We loved absolutely everything about this charming hotel and look forward to returning!

My family of four stayed in two separate rooms on the ground floor at Hotel Artus for one week while we visited Paris. The rooms were large by Paris standards. Everything was very clean and tidy. We appreciated the multiple outlets in the rooms (including an outlet inside of the room's safe) where we could charge our devices. There was free, fast wifi. I was impressed at how quiet the rooms were especially for being on the ground floor. Sleep quality was high. Each room's bathroom had modern, up-scale plumbing fixtures with marble showers and floors. Breakfast was available in the hotel. The accommodations worked very well for us.

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Rue de Buci is a fun, vibrant area, with a vast number of restaurants nearby. Mabillon metro stop, BNP Paribas ATM, and Carrefour grocery market are all in close walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel Artus concierge Sanjay Kaloya deserves special mention. His knowledge of the city is incomparable. He made my family feel at home while helping us navigate the bustling city of Paris. I would book a return to Hotel Artus just to have access to what he offers to his hotel's guests. His accolades are very well deserved.

Thanks to the team at Hotel Artus for making my family's stay so wonderful. We look forward to coming back and staying at Hotel Artus.

We stayed in the Duplex (room 140). The room is beautiful, clean, spacious, and my wife loved the huge bathtub. The bathroom is an entire floor which has a large bathtub, shower, and a private sauna. Very luxurious.

I do not think we could not have found a better deal in Paris considering the high quality and charm of the room, the spaciousness of the room, and the amentiies.

I must also mention that the staff at this hotel including Sanjay (the wonderful and very kind and intelligent concierge of the hotel group) were incredibly helpful with recommendations, planning for room cleaning, and anything that could be needed or wanted on the trip. They really go out of their way to ensure that the guests are comfortable and having a good trip. They speak perfect English which was very helpful considering we do not speak French. But the hotel feels very French.

The hotel felt very safe, is beautifully decorated, and is in the perfect area for exploring paris. It's a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. It's also a 10 minute walk to the Pompidou Museum. Everything we wanted to do seemed to be within a 10-20 minute walk away. The neighborhood is also bustling with lots of shops and restaurants and felt safe at night.

I could not recommend this hotel more highly and of my multiple trips to Paris this was by FAR my favorite hotel experience.

There are some beautiful hard working people in this hotel, (Sanjay), though I cannot turn blind eye on couple of the issues we have had while staying here. When advertise priviledge room they are using most specious one to show (have in mind that those ones are on ground floor and mostly use for disabled people with wheel chairs, I can assure you other rooms of same class are not as such). Lower level room are on street level and you can see pedestrians or they can see you (ok there is a double cutrain).
Travelers, check the size of the room which will be displayed when yo u book the room before you decide to secure booking. There are two chairs in the room, one with and one without back rest. These are cute kindergarden chairs which sole purpose is to look nice or to drop your bag on. I was not impressed with cleanliness of our room or lobby in front of the room. There was a piece of paper under night stand from previous guests laying on the floor for 5 days. We have mishapp with coffee 3 days before departure (cleaned as much as we could) and after you could feel remains of that coffee under the feet until we go.
Wash basin drain was clogged, we inform the front desk and next day after same situation we buy chemical for 1.5 eur and resolve issue ourself.
Breakfast was good in vareity and room was pleasant to dine in. (Good waiter, I did not check his name)
Location is prime, this is a big plus.
No option for lunch and dinner available in hotel.
Nespresso coffee in ampoules across a reception desk will cost ypu 2.5eur. (Management to think about this, as trial to leave it for free, othervise remove it, for 5 eur you can buy 10 capsoules in shop)
All and all, if you must you book this place, hospitality of staff will be able to compesate for some issues thay have.

This was our second visit to the Artus and we truly feel that this is our Paris home.
from a location point of view one simply cannot beat the position of the Hotel, 3 metro links within 5 min, easy bus routes and easy to walk to the seine and beyond.

Rooms are super clean and very cleverly designed for maximum space usage, which is always a plus when traveling. staff at he hotel are welcoming and very speak great English if you cant speak French and in my case tolerate my not so good French without being condescending.

it has taken a while to find a hotel that fits all of our requirements in Paris, but we now return here without fail.

As always Sanjay shares his vast knowledge of Paris freely and effortlessly organises everything he can to make ones stay and travel smooth and effortless.

Breakfasts are a treat and unlike other Paris hotels the range is astounding and really good value for money.

i recommend this hotel easily and without any reservation whatsoever.

At the outset, asking for an early check-in is a waste of time. After a long transatlantic flight, i got to the hotel at 13:00 but the receptionist refused to grant me access to the room as check-in time is 15:00. They later gave me the room at around 14:20.

The location of the hotel is great and the room design is nice but that’s all there is to it. The service is very slow and they seem to be understaffed. Despite leaving the clean the room sign at the door, i left the room one day for four hours in the morning and came back to find my room just as i left it. I had to call the concierge to request the cleaning lady and it took her 15 minutes to come over and clean the room.

Lastly, despite the not so cheap cost of the room, water pressure in the shower was horrendous. I am not sure if it’s their strategy to save water but i can safely say that the concierge couldn’t do anything about it.

Dear Ramy E, Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at the hotel. I am sorry that we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion, from the title of your review and your score rating it appears that you experienced a few challenges during your stay with us which is always disappointing to read. I regret hearing that you would not get the early check-in, unfortunately, even if we try our very best, an early check-in cannot always be guaranteed as it will depend on the availability on that day, we will keep trying our super best to improve on this matter and we truly apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused. I would like to discuss your experience further with you and would ask if you would please contact me directly at chefreception-ab@artushotel.com Look forward to the opportunity to discuss further. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Artus and Paris overall. The hotel is in a great location, reasonably priced, central to many things we wanted to do with corresponding Metro lines, and on a street with great cafes, restaurants, a small grocery store and wonderful bakery for the best bread. We had decided to stay on this side of the Seine and we are glad we did. So many things to do in Paris. We need to come back. Finally, and most importantly, our concierge Sanjay was very helpful, knowledgeable and always very friendly. It was a treat to see him each day.

We loved this hotel, so much so that we will definitely stay here again our next trip to Paris! My wife and I stayed here in early Dec 2019 and were beyond happy with everything Artus Hotel had to offer.

This amazing boutique hotel is located in the heart of Paris St. Germain des Pres in the 6th arrondissement and is walkable to most major attractions (for ref: about 1 mile from the Louvre, .5 miles from Notre Dame.) It is conveniently located just off Rue St Germain near several restaurants and shops. There is even a small Carrefour grocery on the next block over if you need anything.

The hotel is small with only 25 rooms/2 suites, but is extremely comfortable and tastefully appointed. We booked a “privilege room” and it was perfect for all of our needs. The room was spacious and provided numerous amenities: comfortable bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, plenty of storage for unpacking, rainfall shower, hairdryer, etc. Based on our schedule, we did not take part in the daily breakfast, but it looked like a great way to start the day.

The staff at Artus Hotel is top notch. We contact the Concierge before we traveled to ask a few questions. Sanjay and his team were attentive and responded to questions quickly. They made some outstanding suggestions and with their recommendations, helped make this Paris trip extra special.

We would stay here again in a minute and have told other friends to stay here or in their sister hotels. You cannot go wrong!

From the moment you walk in the door at Hotel Artus, Sanjay and his team are available to meet your every need. In fact, while I was planning my first trip to Paris I utilized the booking portal for help setting up exclusive dinner reservations. If you do not know of places to eat, Sanjay can provide world-class dining and entertainment recommendations. I also used the portal for questions about US to European charging adapters (of course, Hotel Artus provides them) and other travel questions. The team was very responsive and polite to work with each time.

The Hotel Artus staff is incredibly welcoming and creates a relaxing environment. My sister and I stayed on our first trip to Europe and felt right at home. From lounging in the lobby to winding down in the sauna, the amenities provide the perfect source of comfort while traveling. Our room was a vibrant sanctuary that made getting ready so enjoyable. There is genuinely no detail spared at Hotel Artus - from the towel warmers in each room to personalized travel advice (for us, the CityMobile app that Sanjay recommended was a life saver).

The location allows you to easily access all that Paris has to offer by foot or a quick Metro ride. Our fondest memories from our trip took place within the nearby blocks of Hotel Artus where we enjoyed fabulous cafes and tons of different cuisine options.

I will simply never stay anywhere else in Paris!!

Located in the St Germain de Pres neighbourhood, this is a lovely boutique hotel surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is also handily close to two Metro stations.

I stayed in the largest suite, the only room on the penthouse level of the hotel. This was nicely sized, with a bathroom/bedroom in one (which was fine for me as a solo traveller - your needs may vary), and even a small balcony.

Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff, I enjoyed my stay.

I didn't venture down to the breakfast room, but did have breakfast in my suite a couple of times. Although selection was limited, the quality of the bread and pastries was top notch. Similar with room service menu - selections were limited compared to a larger hotel, but were good quality.

I was staying during the December 2019 national strikes, but the hotel managed to ensure everything functioned fine during my stay, everything within their control seemed to operate as normal despite the disruption outside, which was much appreciated.
