The room was lovely and clean, The receptionist on the desk on the Friday night was amazing think her name was Jane and she was always happy to help - staff here were very welcoming and chatty. Will stay here again if ever in the area again!

booked 2 night stay at premier inn central to attend a wedding, also 1 night stay at premier inn North as decided to go down 1 day earlier. staff at both hotels were very helpful, food at the the cold harbour was lovely and staff friendly need to book tables as do get very busy. Staff at premier inn North organised with Mel at premier inn central an early check inn and suggested 1;30. hotel North very clean but quite dated bathroom. Hotel at premier in central, very clean all staff really helpful, especially Mel receptionist who when we went to check in let my hubby and i check inn earlier than 1.30 thank you so much MEL. the food at brewers Fayre was very good especially Breakfast which on a weekend was buffet but again please book tables as it does get busy with families as children do eat free. i would highly recommend Premier inn the staff are amazing and very helpful. thanks for making the weekend run smoothly and being helpful.…

Lovely Friendly staff, really helpful with the kids! A lovely and clean room/hotel. Perfect for what we needed and great for a night away, the kids really enjoyed their little “holiday”. Would definitely stay again!

The stay at premier inn in Swindon was extremely unpleasant and I’m disappointed. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable which actually ending up in a result of us sleeping on the small single sofa, this isn’t something we have experienced before with premier inn as we regularly use the hotels but from the experience at this hotel It has made us disappointed and debate whether we would stay at premier inn again. As the advertisement is a comfy night sleep we experienced the absolute opposite to this on that occasion. Super upset and disappointed in premier inn.

The room was very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, not just the reception staff but the housekeepers too. I always feel relaxed when I stay there.
