Stayed one night using special offer. Fantastic value for money. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and airy. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi all good. Pool was a little bit crowded but we did go at peak time. Dinner at grill was ok but I would have preferred more choice on the menu. Breakfast was very good. Overall an enjoyable break.

Disappointed. Stayed at the village group regularly through work. Had a car accident on the way this time and got recovered to my house very late at night. Called the hotel the following morning to re arrange my stay as I still needed to make the business trip and was told tough. After using the hotel so often through work was disappointed I couldn't re arrange. Will use other hotels for work purposes now.

Room was nice and the pub and grill food was very good and staff very friendly. Only gripe is that we requested to have a decaff coffee as my wife is pregnant, but told it is not something that is offered and would have to go to and pay in starbucks for one. A bit disappointing for a "4 star" hotel.

Excellent stay, my husband and I came away for a night here we have been many times. Excellent service from the bar staff, lovely new menu, really enjoyed the burgers and had a nice bottle of wine. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable we had a great nights sleep. We will be back soon and will stay for two nights next time!

Out of all the starbucks in Swindon, I always choose this site! Even when it's busy the drink is made quickly and accurately. Seating area is always clean and tidy. Always great coffee, always great service

Our room was fantastic so big kids loved it. Right next to amenities too and restaurants. Also having a pool was a big bonus defo will return!! We ate in the hotel restaurant which was good although a little pricey.

Had an overnight stay with drinks and food in the Sports Bar. There were 3 of us (adults) and the room we were given was superb, really spacious with 3 huge comfy beds, a seating area, walk-in wardrobe, fridge, big tv, and spotless bathroom. The menu in the bar had a great choice of food, lovely reasonably priced wine and the service was excellent. Callum, Amy and Charlie looked after us all afternoon/evening. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive and efficient. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and overall we had a fabulous stay. Free parking too. Highly recommend. 10/10.
