Fantastic place, lovely and warm, clean, amazing shower. Breakfast was very good quality and it kept coming! Amazing host too, nothing was too much trouble. Off road parking very convenient. Definitely recommend and would return again.

We were looking for a suitable stop-over en route for our holiday in Wales. Swindon was idea, but it was bank holiday and we were limited for choice. Brewery farm house came up in our search they had good reviews. We booked and, having stayed there, we know why it was recommended. Kindly welcomed by Anne we found ourselves rewarded with an excellent room with quality furnishings. Comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep and the breakfast served by Anne (cooked by Col) was a fitting conclusion to our visit.

Anne and Colin were very accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early ready for a 1pm wedding and our 3 rooms were very comfortable for the night. Breakfast was delightful and cooked to order. Delicious and thank you for having us.

Comfortable room , good breakfast The proprietress, Anne, went out of her way to help us when we had an issue with lost car keys. We had attended a family lunch in Driffield about 8 miles away and my brother left his car keys there by accident when his car was parked at the B & B . When we arrived in the evening we had no car to use so, my wife being disabled, Anne very kindly drove us to a local pub for supper. The next day she drove us to Driffield to collect my car and we were able to drive back to the B& B to collect my brothers car. She refused payment for the 2 journies. What a friendly, caring and good hostess!

My wife & I stayed 2 nights with Colin & Anne. The room was well appointed. The bed large & comfy. Smart TV. Nice clean bathroom. The breakfasts are to die for. Excellent food, cooked to perfection, and served piping hot. Would recommend anyone to use this B&B.

Excellent hospitality. Hosts can't do enough for you. The rooms are of a clean comfy standard with powerful showers and smart tvs. The breakfast is airfried to order with a filter coffee, tea and juice. Anne and Colin are a friendly welcoming team and we will stay here on our next visit to Swindon outlet.

Excellent quality at a budget price! I was extremely impressed with Colin's immaculate six- room guesthouse. This period building is spotless throughout and represents excellent value for money. With a first-class cooked breakfast included in the modest price, I was very impressed. Facilities include modern en-suite with toiletries, flat-screen TV, well-stocked complimentary tea-tray and cosy double room. Great value for money from a charming host!
