Annagh House is conveniently located in Clontarf which is a short bus ride (10-15 mins) into Dublin city center. The stop is literally feet from the front door. Hosts, John and Delia, answered all our questions, gave good travel tips, and restaurant recommendations. Rooms are

This place isn't five star and it doesn't claim to be. What it is is clean, comfortable and cosy. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. The location is amazing with some beautiful walks around the area and plenty of nice pubs and restaurants close by. I would gladly stay there

Do rooms come with a private bathroom?
Yes

NO, but a bus can be secured right in front of the B&B.

Yes, the #130 bus stops outside the B&B en route to Connolly Station and vice versa. Very handy service every 10 minutes or so. No airport link though, you'll need a taxi - or take a bus from the airport to the bus station (busaras, nearly opposite Connolly station) and then the #130 bus from there.
