I have stayed at this hotel many times,and always found it nice and relaxed,buy my partner and I stayed on the 15th of march,when I went to the loo,a man approached my partner and handed her a note to go outside,when I came back I was horrified,I went straight to the reception to look for a manager,this guy ran for the lift at reception and his accomplice ran for the lift down stairs,the manager Paul done nothing only tell them to leave the hotel,these guys were predictors,I would not recommend this hotel to anyone,if you’re wife,partner ,kids are not safe,I’m 30 years in the service industry and retail,the actions of the hotel are deplorable, Brian Egan

SUPER nice hotel in a quiet part of Dublin with a tram station down the street that makes everything incredibly convenient to get to! Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, everything was really lux feeling. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The first thing I want to say is that the staff was AMAZING. The rooms were nice and big for Europe. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfy. Location was fine. Transportation was very close. We were on a school group tour and they made sure our rooms were close together. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. The first night we had dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best meals I had in 10 days in Ireland (Sea Bass). Everything about this hotel was great.

Meeting family had food and drinks staff were good ,, but should not charge people for useing car park if you were a customer 3.50 ,,would not be rushing back ,, place was nice and clean prices expensive but thats dublin prices , guillans hotel ballinsloe very cheap no charge for car park ,,5.60 for heinken ,, cheap to stay in

Stayed here for 2 nights and found absolutely no faults. The bedrooms were fresh, up to date and clean and was equipped with everything you would need. Breakfast was well run, organised, hot and cold section of fresh food and lovely friendly staff. The bar was a lovely nice relaxing area with comfy sofas and chairs. Great location on the river with a tram stop right outside. Close to all the main tourist areas. All round a nice, clean, modern and friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Positives- fab breakfast, staff in Chesterfields, luggage storage Negatives-bedroom very noisy ? Fan or heating system outside window. Room very warm and temperature control didn't work. Food service in bar hit and miss, difficult to get them to take order even after asking. Eventually I went up to bar and ordered. Food lovely but expensive for sides in particular bread, fries etc

This was our third time here, sadly will not be back, sadly the hotel has gone downhill. I ordered fish and chips in the bar it was stone cold in the middle, the waitress constantly hovered round our table and stood over us when we were getting our cash sorted for the bill, she also removed my plate when my friend was still eating hers. Big no no! We were refused drinks after 1pm , last two years we were served drinks till 3am as residents. In the morning we phoned reception for two cups and fresh milk for our room but we did not recieve them, and our shower did not work properly either, room was clean and comfortable , but rest of hotel lacking considering the prices.

Stayed here last night for a girls night out. Super location beside train, luas and bus. Rooms are lovely, very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent and every staff member we met were so helpful and friendly. Storage for luggage was very handy too as we went shopping today. We will definitely be coming back.
