Well this place has five stars and each and every one is well deserved. The place is immaculate, the little special touches are wonderful. There was fresh scones with clotted cream and home made jam, shortbread, mandarin oranges, sweets on every floor. And the breakfast choice was amazing and tasty. We were there with friends and we will be back. If you are looking for a place that gives quality service then this is the place to go. The owners are fabby, a true entertainment in their own right. Thank you for having us x

This was amazing. As the previous reviews have said, the attention to detail is second to none. We were upgraded when we arrived but it was absolutely spotless no matter where you were. Lots of personal little touches. Will definitely stay again rather than in a chain hotel if I am in Perth. Well worth the money

From arrival to leaving the Townhouse will blow you away. Parking in one of the dedicated places was a bonus. David met us at the door and showed us to our room. Well I can honestly say David has thought of everything. Spare leads for iPads to charge, tea of every variety, fresh scone butter and cream in the room on arrival. Bottled water by the bad. Everything in the bathroom which you could possibly need. Recommendations for restaurants. You name it David has thought of it. Breakfast was superb, we chose our time slot for breakfast and David was waiting to serve us. The place is spotless, not a touch of dust anywhere. The location is great, just across from a lovely park and 5 minutes walk to the city centre. If you are going to Perth do not stop anywhere else. You will not get a 5 star hotel that would have the ambience and facilities the town house has.

We arrived to one of the B&B's parking spots and a warm welcome from David, one of the proprietors. We were staying for six nights in a cosy king on the top floor of a fine mid eighteenth century house. Snug, warm,an extremely comfortable double bed, very clean & very well appointed room- infact better than a 5* hotel. Scones and cream were there on arrival as well as coffee facilities and a wide choice of teas. Fresh bottles of water and shortbread were available every day. The shower was excellent, powerful and hot with fabulous, large towels to indulge in, which you wished more establishments would supply. Now for our treat at breakfast as we arrived in our time slot with masks as part of Covid protection, which was very well adhered to here. David was our host and cook, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to start your day with his pleasant manner and great sense of humour. We enjoyed fresh orange juice, excellent coffee, a delicious mint and fresh fruit starter, freshly baked croissants and a great choice of cooked breakfasts. The fresh marmalade was just outstanding! Newspapers were available to read, so the breakfast was a wonderful experience. This B&B is priced very reasonably. Its location is great, next to a lovely park, five minutes from Perth rail station and walking distance to the city centre and some fine restaurants.
