Three bedroom apartment perfect to accommodate my daughter, her two sons and daughter, and me. We could do breakfast in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided. One bathroom was in my bedroom, which meant the others mostly shared the other smaller bathroom. But I was paying, so okay🤪! Front desk friendly and helpful. Nice little bar to have nightcap whiskey. Good location to many sights and public transit.

When considering a mid range hotel for two rooms the overall value is excellent and in addition you have full amenities. The rooftop views are breathtaking and should be highlighted more. We only noticed the elevator sign on our final day

Not only is this apartment located directly in the centre of Edinburgh, a three minute walk from Waverley station and two minute walk from Saint Jameses Quarter, also has a bus station right outside the door and a tram stop five minutes walk away, but the apartment building and apartment it’s self is outstanding. The service at reception was great and did not hesitate to assist me with my assistance dog. My apartment was very spacious and I had an amazing view from the dining area and master bedroom. Every morning and evening I spent around an hour on the roof top terrace where there are amazing views as you can see in the photos. One of the receptionist confirmed that a food service like restaurant should be starting within the next month and will cater for vegans. The reception has a full bar with lots of alcohol and soft beverages available as well as lots of local sourced beverages and bar snacks. The apartment building is fully accessible apart from the rooftop terrace with a lift to all apartments level floor and a ramp on entrance and exit. There is sadly stairs from the 4th floor to the rooftop though. For the view, service I received and the location, it is definitely worth the price to stay here and I will be returning soon.…

Fantastic stay at the Princes Street Suites which is a stones throw from the train station. Our apartment was lovely and the staff are brilliant! Big thanks for Charlie on Reception who was great with us throughout our stay. He's a massive credit to this fine establishment

I enjoyed my stay at the property despite the fact that it was undergoing renovation and there were some inconveniences... I would like to come back to stay there in the future to fully enjoy the place.

Great location , the view from the terrace is awesome. Very Central. But expensive as you’re out all day and hardly use it. But if you have the money very Central to the new and old town. The rooms are good and the suites spacious.

The kitchenette was well equipped and useful. Some parts in our apartment were a little dated which need some work but overall a decent experience. The location was near shopping malls and Carlton Hill.

Not good. This is not 4*, blistered paintwork in bathrooms, tile grout mouldy, stained carpets in bedroom, improperly fitted plug sockets, double bed too small, TV not working, tired paintwork, not very clean.more like student accommodation. Advertising for this accommodation is very misleading. Would NOT recommend.

Booked into these apartments and overall decent apartments with decent facilities except TV! No mention of this when we arrived and only found out after checking in. I would expect tv to be a basic amenity and spent 4 nights without it, with no updates on if or when they were fixing it. Apartment was a decent size, however it was showing signs of wear and tear.
