Totally unsatisfied with our stay at the Everglades hotel. Woken by drunken wedding guests in the early hours of the morning on our first 2 nights. Breakfast was very poor quality. Certainly not what one would expect from a so called 4 Star hotel.

I love this hotel. Have stayed a few times on business and it never disappoints. Staff are super effeciant and the facilities are top class. Excellent bar area and food and a classic Irish style breakfast is on offer. Only downside is the rooms that are on the same side as the main road can be very noisy so I recommend requesting a room on the other side.

Had a lovely stay following a family wedding. Staff were all really nice. I would love to have the pillows from the room at home, they were so comfy. One thing I would suggest is that the buffet is explained at breakfast. We didn't see the cereal until we were leaving. Would definately return to stay again

The staff were very friendly, in particular the young ladies in the restaurant. The package was very good value as many hotels have increased their rates, but not here. My first issue was I phoned to check if they had EV Car Charging points and was told yes. On arrival I noticed that they were taped over and were obviously out of order for some time. The nearest alternative was in the city centre. My second issue was the quality of food at breakfast, it had been reheated and was too dried up and tough. Otherwise it was a nice smallish hotel.

I stayed for 8 days so I really got to know the hotel and the staff. It was an enjoyable experience. The staff were all very friendly and you sensed they took pride in their job. The reception staff in particular were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The library bar has a decent level of relaxation. The grill restaurant provided good food and the breakfast was god. The room was clean, spacious, with a big comfortable bed and big curtains that kept the room dark! There is a big function room for hire for weddings and the like however I did not find this disturbed me at all over the weekend as the bedrooms are relatively far from the room. The hotel is a big building so it has a spacious and relaxing feel to it. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would have no problem recommending the hotel to anyone who wishes to visit the area. It does not miss out much by not being in the city centre- it's only a 20min walk or a small taxi fare and I found it more pleasant not to be in the city, and is a good location to use as a base to enjoy the all of the beauty of the nearby beaches and the Benevenagh area.
