I have been staying here for more than 10 years and have stayed a total of about 50 times now and have always enjoyed the Ramada Wrexham, but it is starting to look a bit tired in the rooms. The walls have hand and finger marks smeared through the paint and high level cleaning is needed due to dust webs in areas. The bath has mould going around the silicone and door frames very chilled with bare wood on display. Bedroom carpet had several marks or stains on it, so again could do with a carpet clean. I will keep using this hotel as I enjoy it and the rooms are very big but the things I have mentioned is slowly letting it down and to me cleanliness is important!

What a fantastic day !! Can not thank Megan and her team enough. Professional, polite, efficient, helpful and always with a smile. Stayed two nights and rooms were great. Quite large, clean and a comfortable bed. The whole day went without a hitch thanks to the whole team effort. The evening DJ was brilliant. Really good with entertaining the small children until the adults imbibed enough to start dancing !! Special mention to the dancing queen Sonia who waited on but also joined in the merriment, thank you. Was also there at breakfast still with a smile, thank you. Thank you to all the staff, including front desk, who made it a very memorable day for all. Guests from Wales, Ireland, London and America enjoyed every moment which the fantastic organisation of your team definitely contributed to. 👍😁…

No problems at all. Good service throughout. Bar food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms comfortable. Shower water pressure is superb. Little ‘extras’ in the bathroom were a nice touch and made it feel more luxurious.

First time staying at a Ramada hotel and I am highly impressed. Lovely warm welcome from Ellen on reception - chatty and helpful. Room was lovely - we were upgraded to an executive room and it was superb - bright, clean and spacious. Nice comfy bed in a peaceful area of the hotel and enjoyed a good nights sleep here. Highly recommend this hotel - will certainly stay at another Ramada hotel again. Great stay at an excellent room rate.

The room was clean and large enough for the 2 of us all the satff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked and the service was exemplary. The bar menu was reasonable and plenty of choice and when the food arrived it was outstanding complements to all.

My Husband and myself booked for one night we were recived by a lovely guy on reception we he explained where everything was .our room was spotless clean beautiful white towels .we had a lovely night sleep .we had a superb breakfast .
