Just back from a weekend shopping and stayed here the first impression from the outside was not positive due to the current regeneration of the area, but once inside it was clean and very modern. The female on the front desk was great sorry I didn’t catch your name, it was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. The room was massive with separate kitchen area, Nespresso coffee machine and the whole apartment was really well finished. I have never used this chain before but will be again on our next city break. Great location for the Bullring literally 2 min walk, parking £4.20 for 24hrs so ideal for city centre. Great staff and thanks again for a fantastic visit ( stayed in room 202)

Recently stayed here for a birthday trip with friends, the check in was smooth, the room was lovely & had everything we need and you could leave your bags on check out behind the reception area so you could collect at a later time. The location was so ideal as it was a short walk away from everything in the centre so it was perfect for us. The room was big and spacious and there was so much space for the three of us. Thank you

We stayed here for one night when dropping our son to Aston Uni. Lovely hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean and a fantastic fully fitted kitchen - we even had a dishwasher! Really comfy room and large double shower. Full Covid safe regulations in place too. We parked at the Moor Street Car Park about 2 min walk away B5 5JH and you take your car park ticket to the hotel, they validate it and we parked for £5 for 24 hours. Fantastic! Hoping to visit the lovely city of Birmingham again, Covid allowing, and I will have no hesitation in booking this fab hotel again!

very clean, and comfortable. Very near the city centre. Ideal for a short stay. Had everything we could need. It had a little kitchen area, so if we needed we could prepare food. Basic food items available for sale downstairs. Also games etc. to borrow

We stayed herw for bank holiday weekend and we really wnjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We drove and parked in moor street carpark which was literally a 3 min walk away and the receptionist gave us a parking pass which meant we inly paid £10 for the whole weekend to park. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and lovely rooms and only a short walk away from the centre and pubs. We would defiantly stay here again
