went for my son in laws Stag weekend. Ideally suited for the station and local nightlife. Plenty of food outlets too. Nice welcome on arrival, very helpful. We have just returned from a 3 night weekday stay. We arrived at mid day but were able to get into our room straight away. This was a plus as we were expecting to have to wait until 3pm. The room was large, very clean and had all that we needed. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast, which was included in the deal, was very good. The hot food was hot and plentiful.The only downside on the catering was that the floor area of the servery was small and it was crowded at peak times. The location of the hotel is excellent as it's literally across a road from the railway station and there are plenty of places to eat and drink around it.. We will certainly stay here again if we ever return to Newcastle as the staff were lovely, helpful and the service was excellent.…

I stayed here for one night whilst in Newcastle for business. The hotel is in a great central location, literally across the road from the train station. Check in was efficient and the reception staff were welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, the only negative was the pillows. All Hilton hotels have soft pillows but I prefer a firm/hard pillow so it would be good if a choice was provided. Breakfast the next day was nice, there was a reasonable amount of choice offering continental and cooked breakfast in a buffet style. I would consider staying in this hotel again when I am next in Newcastle.

Very handy as right opposite the main train station and on the edge of town. Secure at night as security on the main door. Breakfast is included in the price of the hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

First things first yes the car park that this hotel offers you a discount at is a 10 min walk away. Only inconvenience is if you have loads of luggage. 24hr discount rate is £11 instead of £14. Nearer parking is available if you prefer and only a few pounds more. Arrived 2 hours early and only expected to leave bags however our room was ready which was a bonus. Nice quiet 7th floor room. Lovely clean modern room with huge TV. We had a really quiet nights sleep, bed was a bit firm but to my liking. Breakfast 7-10 so obviously after a night acting like a teenager jumping around we turned up at 9.45 with loads of choice for breakfast. The usual fry up options, cereal, breads, jams and even a fresh waffle maker which was lovely. Check out was 12 which again after the night we had was suited so we could chill after our breakfast before checking out. Please note that when you check in they take a further £50 security deposit from your account which you get back. Make sure you get a car park discount voucher from reception to scan at the car park pay machine. Overall I will definitely consider this hotel if the price is as competitive next time we visiting the Toon.…

In terms of parking, we understand that Times Square Car Park may be slightly inconvenient for our guests with more luggage; in this case we would suggest the Station Car Park which is directly opposite the hotel. Unfortunately due to the limited space which our prime city centre location offers, we are unable to offer any on-site parking. As you correctly highlighted, our hotel does hold £50 on a debit or credit card as standard to cover any incidentals and extras purchased during our guests' stays. It is worth noting that any guest who wishes to take advantage of our food and beverage facilities can earn Hilton Honors points on any purchase they make, if they sign up to be a member of our fantastic loyalty scheme of course! Just back from a 3 night stay and I have to say it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location so the street below can be noisy but this is not the hotels fault and they have done all they can to reduce the noise inside the hotel and its not that noisy either (to keep it in perspective). The staff are fantastic and a special mention to Reece, who was always friendly and efficient. The cleaners work hard, maintaining good standards 👏 The breakfast is of a good standard, plentiful , a good variety, and sets you up for the day. Would I stay here again? Absolutely Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

This is our family visit to UK since 3 years of Covid-19. We chose here due to the very convenience location which just across to the train station. Staff is nice, breakfast is nice but the one of the waffle machine was not working on the first day we were there, still set up on the next day but also not working. The room was just so and so, you can see the carpet from the corridor with lots of stains, we booked the family room (we have 2 kids which is 10 & 8 and 2 adult). The room with sufficient daylight, the king bed is ok, but the sofa bed was terrible (see photos), sagging sprung mattress in the middle and so many dirt on the bed, bed sheets even so call backup pillows make people feel so sick and rubbish underneath the sofa bed. The room attendant did not vacuum the carpet still can see the candies underneath the sofa bed after the first night stay.…
