We stayed for one night due to attending an event at Utilia arena. Parked at Dean street parking and paid £10 for 19 hours stay.We were checked in at 3 o'clock by a young man who was very polite and helpful. Room was really clean and very elegant. Tea and coffee amenities in room and hair dryer. Bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was served between 7-9.30 and have to say we could not fault anything about it! Continental breakfast with varieties of croissants, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juices, meats and cheeses. There is plenty to choose on menu. Cater for vegetarian and gluten free too. We had full English and it was served with a pot of coffee. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again. Staff were exceptional.

Room lovely, clean and modern, bed comfy and white company toiletries in the bathroom so fragrant and such a treat. All staff so friendly and helpful. It’s my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. Lelia Lilly’s restaurant & bar just as fabulous and food so delicious.

We booked this hotel directly speaking with Liam who matched Hotels.com price. All of the staff were very friendly and helpfull. A big shout out to the chefs as the breakfast was first class. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Mick & Clare Garrington.

First time at this hotel rooms brilliant breakfast excellent staff very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again the location of the hotel is right in the city centre close to plenty bars and restaurants and shops, also few minutes walk to the THEATRE ROYAL.

Very clean room and informative and friendly staff. Ideally located to explore area. The White Company bathroom gels and creams were a lovely bonus. Did not eat here Leila Lily's which is the inhouse restaurant but it looked wonderful inside.

Beautiful Hotel with great service and in a great part of town! Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around to enjoy your stay in Newcastle. Will be back again soon!

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant . Room clean . Not as big as I thought which was only down point . Bar area was spotless and plenty of breakfast options . Would definitely stay again . Reception are was welcoming and front of house were always.available .

This is the second time we have stayed at the Grey Street hotel and again it was amazing! We went a little earlier than the check in time and our room was all ready for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and explained all the things the hotel had to offer. The hotel was clean and tidy and is very quirky. We didn’t visit the hotel restaurant or bar but we have before as there fantastic! We will 100% be back again! Great location right in the centre of town!
